I have stayed in all inclusive resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico several times before. Based on a few of the reviews, I lowered my expectations, and I'm glad I did. First of all, the advantages have a close proximity to the airport and easy access to restaurants and shopping, superb vistas, fantastic staff, plenty of entertainment, a great pool, great beverages, comfortable mattresses, and a spotless resort. The disadvantages include a mask that must be worn when ordering drinks at an outdoor bar between the beach and the pool People in swimsuits were turned away because they didn't have a mask with them, people trying to sell you things at their sister hotels, and it was irritating because the gentleman would find us anywhere we went sitting by the pool and kept asking us to buy something even though we had told him no, the hotel needs painting and repairs, and the descriptions of the various rooms are a little deceiving. I wouldn't return here unless I couldn't afford to pay a little more for a resort of higher quality. I've read other reviews, and I've found that people are being too picky about the cuisine, so I'm not planning on going there. The seaside grill was a little confusing. There are 5 restaurants listed, but they only really have 4. The restaurant has burgers and hotdogs,

My feelings are really bad for the employee who is also not doing the job right, and then he also made us do the booking and told us about the Seascape event, and then he check on us to make sure we enjoy the event, plus he explained that the concierge named Omar can speak English well, so we will definitely appreciate that.

Three sections positives, constructive criticisms, and negatives. Positive room suite with a bay view was lovely and spacious with a stunning view. The concierge, omar, front desk, and taxi greeters were excellent and performed well. A wonderful breakfast was served at a Mexican restaurant. Our only vehicle key fell off the billiards of the with the ground. Late at night, the front desk employee Oswald assisted me in getting access to and recovering some of the keys parts. Very friendly and accommodating. The beach was fantastic, and the palapa were excellent. sun club beach service was excellent. Buildup to two coffee servers in the am each day, leading to long lines. During times of peak hours, add more bartenders at the only bar open all evenings. A drink could take up to 20 minutes. Even without notice, a few shows and events were missed. Better communication would have been appreciated beyond the or code I found in an elevator, not my typical ones. Keeping beach vendors restricted to staying within the resorts designated palapa areas. After our complaints and report, it came back only a few days later. When we arrived at the hotel, high pressure vip services were offered to check out their sister resorts. Avoid using a sales pitch, similar to timeshare scams. The best hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Our family of four traveled from Canada to spend the next 10 days at Seascape. The service was excellent from the minute we got there. The concierge, Omar, went above and beyond to assist and serve guests. The seascape restaurant was amazing. My husband and I were both incredibly enchanted by the incredible, highquality food. I have nothing but praise for the service and the personnel. Juan went above and beyond to provide us with a vip experience. He was a valuable member of our vacation, organizing events, and simply making us feel valued. I want to express my gratitude without a doubt! We had a wonderful time here, and we thought this was the ideal location to unwind and party. Easy trips to the falcon are nearby as well. Excellent cuisine, breathtaking views, and 10 service. We'll return.
