The Royalton Chic was the PERFECT Resort in every way possible. The property was not only beautiful, but clean, and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was unbelievably helpful and polite. They deserve a hundred stars. I cannot express how perfect my stay was.

I thought everything was very good the staff first was stellar with great happy attitude!! Second drinks and food were good. Excellent size for quick getaway too and the only one thing is the humidity, mustiness scent in the room, room itself was amazing. If only they pump on some lavender or have the ducts cleaned I don’t know only one complaint, that was unpleasant.

The restaurants had good food. Breakfast buffet was good. The drinks never stop flowing. Room was clean and redone daily. Nice pools if not diamond club u only have access to 2 pools on ground floor. All around good resort.

Our luggage was in our room before we were. The staff greeting us when we arrived was amazing. They offered drinks immediately. The staff checking us in was very nice and informative. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. Overall great experience.

Food is okay. 5 out of 10. Have to buy bottled water. Alot of seaweed on the beach. Service is great though.

Decided on a solo trip and was nervous. The moment I arrived all nerves went away. Someone brought my bags in from my shuttle, front desk staff was super sweet and friendly. Went to the beautiful sunset view room and it was great. Clean, some stains on the headboard and couches but besides that good! Went to the sports bar and walked out to a party at taboo. The next day had a massage. Also amazing!! Hung out by the beach and attended all the activities. I never left the resort I also loved they brought local vendors to Mexican night so I was able to still shop. The restaurants are not good. That was the only downside. Elements buffet is honestly better than the restaurants, that’s my only negative but there is good food, just not what you expect. Overall 9/10! I would stay here again!

I LOVED the day and night activities & the food wow! The personnel were attentive and helpful. The photographers gave us a great experience to remember. Kudos to Abraham, Citalan, Christopher, and Ana from the Elements Buffet (Amazing food!) Also, Danae and Adan he photographers - so sweet both! Loved the vibes team - Mariana was great. Also, Adan at the gym and his partner who gave a yoga class wow! Amazing people! The restaurants and Insomnia amazing! One thing I didn’t like was getting bombarded to purchase excursions as soon as we arrived, tired, dirty, and not even get to our rooms.
