We spent 2 nights at this hotel, Perfect location, love the decorations, friendly staff, shout out to Pamp the bartender for the delicious cocktails and also for the delicious breakfast

I highly recommend everyone to stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in San Cristobal. Thank you to the serene staff and Augustine for all your assistance during our stay in San Cristobal. From start to finish, you provided great service from organizing our pick-up from the airport to making special meals when we felt under the weather and accommodating our late checkout.

The first impression of this hotel is very good, the entrance and lobby are beautiful, with lots of hanging plants and cute little decorations and details. Our check-in was easy, both men that worked at the front desk during our stay were friendly and helpful. We reserved a room with two beds and were very happy with the roomier who was beautifully designed and again the decorations and details were very nice. Our only complaint would be the bathroom in the room, which needs an update. It has one of those plastic motor fans that come on when you turn on the bathroom light, and it is very noisy. The bathroom has a very large window, so if you are traveling with other people and need to use the bathroom during the night, you can wake them up with the light and the noise of the fan. The general cleanliness of the room, bathroom, was good but not great, the beds were clean, which is the most important, but we did find some long hairs here and there on the floor and in the shower can easily be improved. Our experience at the hotel at Seen Sead Art was pleasant, and we got some beautiful pictures. The first impression of this hotel is very good, the room is so big and the lobby is very big, and the room is the best, as the hotel has a loud sound from the lobby, so you must be conscious of that. The hotel calm art Hotel was comfortable.

We have visited this delicious restaurant twice while staying in San Cristobal. The first time for dinner and the second time for lunch. Both occasions were excellent, the food was excellent with a varied menu and the drinks were delicious. We will visit again.

This hotel offers very good service, and this hotel is recommended by me. The food is very tasty, and the service is very impressive, especially my friend, the front desk clerk, and this hotel is close to the city center. This hotel is nice and easy to stay at.
