I heartily suggest Martha and the lovely suites 259 by Martha. Ben and Martha were wonderful hosts, so hospitable and welcoming, and eager to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The first motel was disappointing in comparison to suites 259, and the neighborhood boasts wonderful restaurants like traditional Mexican, French bistro, taco trucks, and other establishments that are all close to the hotel. A Sanborns is also just across the street if you want to take a quick bite or long for a hamburger. Martha and ben renovated the hotel themselves, and their style is exquisite and contemporary with clean lines and attention to detail. The accommodations feel spacious and opulent, and all the typical amenities are present, such as a true coffee maker with coffee included and an individual WiFi for each room. In the bedroom, the flyscreen smart has many channels and more than a few in English. You can also login into your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The bathroom is chic, with a glamorous glass shower. Everything in the entire hotel is essentially brandnew and kept immaculate. Also, the staff was outstanding and always willing to advise us on restaurants or call cabs. Martha herself arranged things for us in Spanish, then explained them in flawless English several times. Her husband, Benjamin is from England, so he has an English accent!

I booked a terrace suite for 4 nights and I was very satisfied. The terrace is great and the inside living space is comfortable, although small. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk from a great supermarket that is open until 11 pm. Only one thing to consider is putting a toaster in the room for breakfast.

This place is a must to stay, because this place is in the centre of the market. This place has amazing rooms and a great location! The personnel is very helpful and friendly and the best and easiest way to see this great city. The metro is within walking distance and there are many great cafes, restaurants, and bars. Though in a noisy and hip area, it feels cool and relaxing.

The staff at 259 were fantastic and attentive. The location was safe and close to many facilities, great restaurants, and nightlife in the hip area of Roma north. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and comfortable enough for a week's stay.

In the first place, I have to say that staying at suite 259 made me want to move to Mexico City and rent one of their apartments suites for life! The neighborhood is in one of the most beautiful and secure neighborhoods in the city. The streets are easily walkable, and you feel safe walking around at night. Incontest and Roma neighborhoods have hundreds of amazing restaurants on every street corner and cute coffee shops and bakeries. The hotel staff attended to all our needs upon arrival. The owners, ben and martha, gave us guides, tips, and maps for the city on our first day. We both had different views of Mexico City before heading there and exploring. The city and apartment are the perfect place for us to feel at home. Large living room area with usb plugs, many additional extras and comforts. The kitchen was equipped with any cooking appliances, a large fridge, the most delicious selection of teas, and Colombian coffee, and a coffee maker in the room for filter coffee. The bed was absolutely huge and very comfortable. In addition to every channel, netflix, and other platforms, the room was equipped with a coffee machine for making coffee. The hotel is tucked away on one of the many green and a lush street full of trees, plants, and birds. Anything you require from a pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, and subway station is about 2 minutes away. If you
