We cannot recommend Suuel enough. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The standout for us was the staff, everyone was super friendly, attentive and helpful. It’s in a fantastic location, the beach is one block away, it’s a 15 minute walk to La Punta and Zicatella. The staff are able to help organize transport, they also send a list of recommendations and advise on tours etc. The restaurant is incredible. The best Tuna Tostada I have ever had. Highly recommend dinner here at least once. It’s fairly peaceful, occasionally you can hear dogs barking throughout the night, although that’s to be expected so bring ear plugs. 100/10 experience, only wish had stayed longer.

Hotel was definitely as described , beautiful spot with INCREDIBLE service , everyone from the housekeeping staff to the kitchen crew and everyone in between really took the time to inquire and enjoy their guests company . Great location to the beach ; 2 minute walk , easy to get a rental vehicle or taxi as well . Popular strip with bars restaurants and shops within 7 8 minute walk . Couldn’t recommend this place more !

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. We were immediately attended to and offered an arrival drink. Prior to our arrival they asked what time we would be getting in to ensure our room was ready… it was :) The aesthetic is beautiful! — every architectural detail, from the chic minimalist design to the serene plunge pools, creates an effortless blend of luxury and livability. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable and the showers were hot… What truly made the stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. They took service to a whole new level. Every single team member greeted us with warmth, genuine smiles, and flawless attention to detail. They anticipated our needs before we could even ask. From the early moments of check-in to our last delicious breakfast, they treated us like we were the only guests there — “over-the-top” in the most chill, Puerto Escondido way possible. Es un hotel muy tranquilo donde se puede descansar sin mayor ruido durante las noches. La zona es muy segura, por lo que a pesar de no contar con estacionamiento privado (te puedes estacionar en la calle) no es necesario preocuparse demasiado por la seguridad del automóvil. La comida del restaurante del hotel está deliciosa, tanto en desayuno como comida/cena. El personal del hotel es sumamente amable y están atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier situación que se presente, en mi caso, la lámpara del área de la alberca dentro de la habitación no funcionaba y no pudo ser reparada mientras estuve en mi estancia, sin embargo me ofrecieron unas lámparas recargables que me ayudaron a iluminar el área por la noche y terminaron funcionando excelente. En general me parece que es un gran lugar para hospedarse.
