I want to recommend it. The room was basic and in the middle of a mountain, far from the lobby. However, the service at the restaurant was terrible. The bar was excellent. The hotel is 15 minutes from the city center.

For the two nights we stayed here, we got beautiful and spotless cabins. The hotel service meets all our expectations, very useful and nice. The restaurant personnel was wonderful and the food was just excellent. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was fantastic. My husband tried to play golf here but there were no golf balls available and the fields were very damp, making them unappealing to golfers. The golf club's service is subpar.

I would stay in a larger room again. I stayed here for 3 nights. The typical rooms are small for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean. Good amenities. Hot water. Chimney. The lobby area is nicely presented. Bar and pool tables. I do not believe their policy that no children are allowed to play pool. Parents should be in charge of their kids. If they brake it, they will pay for it. No children should play alone. My recommendation. I enjoy grilling and it is not allowed here. Being on a beautiful location, this should have a grilling area near the rooms.

The attractive town of Tapalpa, Mexico, is overshadowed by the tapalpa country club. Two slanted mountains followed the winding route from Guadalajara and then through the center of Tapalpa. The country club is within 10 minutes of the city center and feels far from civilization. Within a pleasant courtyard is the reception. The valley view is spectacular and reveals a variety of rolling hills in the landscape. The receptionist was taskfocused and touched on a bit of warmth. She guided me to the entrance through the entryway after showing me my rooms location on a map. Several houses are situated on a hilltop property. The property gets very dark at night, and lighting is scarce. After supper, I used my phone to steer me up the stairs. The room had modern details while it had a traditional Mexican ambience. The bathroom is at the leftmost level, but the wood door leads to a tiny landing area. The bedroom was directly below the archway after being raised four steps down. The high ceiling made the room even more spacious because of the wellbalanced design that connected to the surroundings. One of the white walls felt intentional, the white walls exude simplicity here. The shower also included one row of floral tiles, but the rest was a series of brown color.
