For the past year while I was working in Mexico, I booked this hotel. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Manuel, who went above and beyond to help with all our special food needs.

Although I have stayed elsewhere, this is the first time I have taken a break to fully appreciate the services. My stay was over 3 weeks, and frankly, my partner and I tried every item on the restaurant's menu. But they were very accommodating and gave us the liberty to create our own menus. Go breaded chicken avocado sub!.

I would not hesitate to stay here again, even though this was my first visit to this hotel. I spent three nights here. The personnel is friendly. You can do your online research to reduce contact during pandemic times while taking extra precautions. The housekeepers are attentive, and the room was clean. Validation and free parking are required. If you are traveling for medical reasons, it is quite convenient to be close to a hospital, and the Technological University of Monterey if you are traveling for academic conferences. My room overlooked the pool, only occasionally heard neighbors slamming on doors by neighbors.
