Good hotel in the new city but easy access to the old city/medina. Nice view from the rooftop terrace/bar. Breakfast was very basic and not very tasty.

Some of the most wonderful hotels we stayed in during our intrepid trip are the rooms. Big bathroom with a sizable shower. I stayed in a room that was spacious and functional. With a wide but limited menu breakfast and lots of bread, the roof view was fantastic. Quite far from restaurants, but it wasn't a major problem.

Although often overcrowded, the rooftop pool and view are very attractive. Tourist buses frequently use this hotel, and the quality of the accommodations and service are subpar. The bathroom needs to be remodeled, and the mattress is uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, and it's a nice place to unwind at night if you're all resting. I would not recommend this place to small groups, single travelers, couples, or solo travelers 46.

This hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. My room also has a balcony where I enjoyed listening to tarawih prayer during armada.

As a reward for our stay, we stayed for two nights as part of a tour. The accommodation was spacious and had a suitable bathroom. Excellent service was provided. We noticed the shower door was coming off the hinges and reported it to the staff. The shower door was coming off the hinges and was promptly corrected. A restaurant, bar, and pool were all situated on the roof terrace, offering breathtaking views at dusk. The food we ate at the restaurant was excellent. The Moroccan wine was also excellent.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms and bathrooms are quite large. The location is convenient to the train station, a grocery store, and the old city. The breakfast is Moroccan-style, which is nice. The "gym" is really four pieces of exercise equipment, which did not all work. Also, there are no laundry machines; instead, there is an expensive laundry service - so it's advertised rather inaccurately. There is an in-room refrigerator and air conditioning unit, which is crucial in the summer.

Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!

Some staff are helpful, many others are disappointing. My Expedia reservation included car parking, but the hotel refused to honor it. Some reception desk employees were too passive aggressive and made sure they assist with very minimum. Their security and front door employees were very nice and helpful.
