We stayed here because it was for adults only and we were children. And the idea of ai appealed, so we didn't have to cookclean at all. It's not the type of vacation we usually go for, but glad we did. The hotel's location is out the way, so it's a drive, but this didn't bother us as we only went out once in the week we were there, the hotel is beautiful and is just 23 floors so it wasn't like you were watching the pool. We paid extra for a room on the water is cold, and the neighbors couldn't swim directly to your room. The room was lovely with a big, comfortable bed and duvet, which is a welcome change for us Brits! The minibar wasn't completely stocked but did have a bottle of water which you could purchase from the hotel as well the ac kept the room nice and cool and there was a big to in the room although we never had it on. There are lots of sockets for charging phones etc, as well as a kettle in the room too. It was much and such as dinner time. There is daytime entertainment and evening entertainment, but we didn't mind and took a blanket. The pool was nice and the breakfasts were nice and they had a lot of choice. I want to say that my experience was beautiful and wonderful, the staff was fantastic and very interactive and fun. I highly recommend this hotel the animation team 1010. The activities are fantastic.. Titis emma staff made my stay so enjoyable because they never failed to keep us on the move.. Tajik was again manager of the lobby and restaurant he went above and beyond for us to interact and can say the best and table football. We stayed for 7 days, it was such a fantastic experience, thanks to the great vibes, delicious drinks, and a wonderful time away from headaches and stress..

After five unsuccessful attempts at holidaying in the past 24 months, this location had a lot to offer. And it did! Getting out to Marrakech was stressful, and there were tests required and a file of paperwork, but this review is for the hotel. It's a good idea to ask for a tranquil room away from the main structure unless you're in the bar each night. After reading the review on here, we did, and we're so glad we did because it was extremely peaceful. The calm pool is low and can be a shock at first, but it's great after baking in the sun. The hotel is spotless, and the staff is very kind. The free local bus into Medina is a huge help. Tips It may seem repetitive, but it really doesn't need to be. Youll get a wide variety when you arrive. When you arrive, take sterling cash and swap it to dirham. Unlike the cash machine in the lobby, it has a lower rate. You can see what we mean. If youre in a hurry, if you have to go there, ask for a quiet room and read the feedback above. If you are in a hurry, request a quiet room, or go see below. If you want to have a spamassage moment, this is the spot on experience. We booked the trip back

What a wonderful time weve had since just ending a 10-night stay there. Our pool view room was fantastic, exceptionally spacious, and had a wonderful, comfortable bed. Every part of the hotel is immaculately clean, and the personnel is helpful and courteous, so nothing is too much trouble. There are numerous alternatives, particularly for desserts, for typical Moroccan food. There is plenty to keep you entertained throughout the day by the pool, and the animation team puts in a lot of effort to set up darts, archery, and table tennis among other activities. Emma and Tittie are particularly wonderful at assisting and involving everyone. You will undoubtedly stay here again, and you wont be let down. A heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for making our vacation so wonderful.

We reserved our first adults-only vacation in Morocco and were not disappointed with our hotel's live collection. From the moment we arrived at the hotel and were met by the huge burly porter, sorry didn't take his name, but such a wonderful man, very polite. The check-in staff was attentive and polite. Our first room appeared to be a bit of a trek, my husband has bad hipknee, so we asked if we could move to a room closer to the pool restaurant, and it wasn't an issue. On arrival, we discovered that the rooms were roomy, airy, spotless, and had a view of the pool, so we were happy. Lovely double walk-in shower! We had no complaints about any of the employees, from the poolside bar to the animation crew. Everything was very efficient. Have to mention a few names that really stood out to us and made our stay extremely memorable. Joe drew a limo, water polo, mini golf, and poker - be careful to watch out for the size dart. The animation crew was fantastic, not in your face or hounding you, but the balance was just right. I have to ask at reception, and was given the name sarah. One thing that makes you want to betray yourself. The food was abundant, hot, and varied
