Our room on the third floor was spacious and had a lot of sun. It was so nice to stay there. Radio and all the staff were very good and helpful. They tried to make our stay as simple and comfortable as possible every day. We had to leave at 60 am to take a Com bus to Casablanca and they prepared breakfast for us to take away.

We had a very pleasant stay at casa la palm. The hosts there are very warm and friendly. The rooms are nice and large. Breakfast was very nice, including eggs, bread baskets, coffee, tea, orange juice, etc and is provided on the roof. The hotel itself is at the top of chefchouen medina. So you have to climb a lot of stairs to get there. Our taxi driver dropped us on the top of the hill and the hotel hosts came up and got our luggage down to the hotel. They also brought the luggage back up when we left the next day.

This week we held a small event in the private room at Casa La Palm. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome and special. Huge thanks to james the bartender who made the best cocktails! And also karen the event manager who attended to all our needs. Thank you! And then there is the space! Oh my goodness it is beautiful and chic all the way! Thanks again for helping us host such a stylish event.

This hotel is a fantastic choice! The location was lovely and serenely decorated in a lovely part of the old city in traditional Moroccan style. Throughout the city, chefchouen and the surrounding valleys are really stunning and the breakfast was excellent and offered on the roof. The front desk employee planned a car to take me around an hour and a half away to see the shrine of side abdesselam, besides carrying my huge bags from the city gate, which is a brief hike up and down several stairs as is everything else in this city, before returning when I checked out. He drove me directly downtown to a tailor store so I could get some pants custommade, something beyond what was expected in his job description. And he did everything with a grin on his face, without ever making me feel uncomfortable. The location is more in an authentically old town neighborhood than an area where your likely to encounter tourists or people trying to sell your items. It is nice to be able to experience genuine and authentically alive and authentic.

The owner and his staff were friendly at the parking lot, which was very helpful because we had a lot of luggage that would have been difficult to transport. It was only a 5-minute all-downhill walk from the parking area. The hotel is excellent. We reserved three rooms for our two-night visit, each of which was spotless and spotless. nice en suite restrooms. The beds were really comfy. We appreciated the rooftop seating area. Breakfast was also good. The proprietor helped us reserve a table at cafe sophia, which we enjoyed so much. On departure day, we appreciated his early morning assistance with our luggage. The only minor issue was that his credit card machine didn't function that morning, but we were fortunate to have enough cash to cover it.
