We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically.

What a special place. Not only the location and views, but the staff were so lovely, warm welcoming, couldn't do enough to help. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was lovely. So much character around the hotel. The pool is just big enough for little lengths and perfect in the heat. Beautiful gardens. Amazing value for money. Only 1hr from airport, taxi organised by the hotel. We carried on using the same taxi driver during our stay.

This hotel was really good, especially for Mohamed, the guys here are so kind. The food is amazing, the pool is also good, they have a cool vibes and it's quiet.

This is an amazing place. It's recommended if you want to recharge, find peace and avoid city noise. Everything was very good - from the staff to the room, decoration, food, and of course the location which will keep you breathless.

The location is located in the beautiful countryside. It has a lot of potential, but the staff sadly, even though they were friendly, were not up to standard. We arrived at 4.30 pm. They had everything on site for taking the temperature and gel hydro, but they did not use them. I had to ask if I had to wash my hand before entering. When we entered, we were told to go straight, and we got to the bar area. The person behind the bar was busy with another guest, and he did not help us. We waited a while to figure out what to do next. Finally, he looked at us and handed us a document to fill out. We were 3 families with 2 kids each who reserved 3 family suites. He handed the housekeeper some keys. It was all very confusing because he also had some keys in his hand, so we were not sure if we had to follow him or the housekeeper. Half way, he told us to follow the housekeeper. We opened the first door of what would become our suite. And went on to show our friends their suite. Our room had 2 double beds on each side and a bathroom. You could see the dust, the old taki duvet, and furniture straight away. The shower hand in the bathroom was broken, we had to unscrew it to use it. The toilet flush was broken, so the

This place is recommended for couples or families. I stayed here for 2 days. This place has a fantastic view of 360 degrees with friendly service and no facilities, so it's ideal for relaxation and disconnecting. We recommend this place.

We stayed in room 13 booking a classic suite and were very disappointed. The room consisted of a queen bed, a sofa and bathroom. There is no tv in the rooms as advertised. We had no hot water from the shower or sink taps for the whole duration despite running the taps for some time. It also had part of the room with no lights as they did not work. Dinner was sold as a set menu but on departure we saw that each item had been individually priced and we needed not to have them all. The menu choices were limited also. On a plus side the hotel has some amazing views along with a lovely rooftop seating area, also the restaurant and bar were very pleasant too. In the grounds there is an unheated swimming pool. WiFi is only available in the restaurant and bar not in the rooms. Overall disappointing stay for the price we paid. Would not recommend.

The hotel is located at a gorgeous spot near great trekking routes to the villages of Tikhfist and TassaOuirgane; it has a beautiful garden and pool in a calm and peaceful setting. This said, the utterly opportunistic and unprofessional behaviour of the management has totally ruined our experience: 2 days before the end of our stay, I informed the manager that our return flight was very early in the morning and asked if we could check out the evening before. This request was turned down and we were told to be ready at the reception by 7.15am (our cab was gonna collect us at 7.30am to take us to the Airport). The next morning, we were ready in front of the reception by the agreed time, but the manager was late!.. During check out, we noticed that several items, i.e. drinks, which we didn't order/consume, had been randomly added to our bill! Although we made it absolutely clear that we didn't order/consume those items and requested a correct bill, the so-called manager didn't do a proper calculation and as a result we were completely overcharged and had to pay for stuff that we didn't order/consume! Next, we were suddenly told that the card machine of the hotel had not been working and that they could accept cash only! No forewarning, no announcement! Because we didn't have enough cash, our cab had to take us to another town where we had to withdraw cash and leave money to a pharmacy for the manager to collect --we were almost gonna miss our flight! Stressful, unacceptable!
