We went there for the new year, it was a very good 4-star hotel for families or couples. A nice breakfast and personal service. We'll be back for some more days in the foreseeable future. Very quiet and relaxing.

Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis. The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!

We stayed here for one week. Very nice place, lovely garden, and nice people. The only drawback is that you have to take a car to Marrakech. The reception does this, however, well. They will drop you off and pick you up as you want. It costs about $20 per day per car, but a place like this would cost much more directly in Marrakech. You really don't lose money on transportation. You can have breakfast or dinner at this hotel, but since the apartment comes with an equipped kitchen, we made our breakfast most of the time. And had it by the pool. Importantly, the hotel sells water, wine, and beer. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher or drying rack for dishes, which is a disadvantage. The staff cleans the apartment every day, but not the dishes. Overall, if you don't mind the drive, this place is a winner.

I cannot praise this hotel enough - we had a brilliant long weekend. We were 5 girls, having our first girls holiday and chose Les Jardins de Zyriab because we wanted to somewhere safe and secure. The hotel's communication before arrival was excellent, they advised on everything from transfers to currency. Our flight was late but the hotel organised a taxi from us, and the driver, Abdul, waited for us the whole time. We arrived late into the night, but they still made dinner and served it in our villa. Perfect start to the trip. Really comfortable villas with kitchenette, living room area, comfy bedrooms, good bathrooms, everything is clean. Beautiful (albeit cold!) swimming pool - we spent our Saturday having breakfast poolside and sunbathing. Food is good, perhaps a little limited, but we enjoyed it during our 3 night stay. There is no restaurant as such, tables are made up in the reception area. But it didn't bother us as the dining table in the villa meant we could eat in our PJs at night time! We organised a trip through the hotel to into the city centre - we were given the most lovely guide called Mohammed, who was full of information, advice, stories and jokes. We felt so safe in his company and he went the extra mile - buying me a Moroccan blanket when I was out of money, and trusting me to repay him when I got back to the hotel, and helping us haggle for tagine pots. Once again, Abdul drove us around, and waited for us while we went sightseeing. We LOVED IT.

Hemos pasado 5 noches y todo ha ido muy bien. Llegamos tarde y no hubo problema para el check-in Desayuno abundante de productos de la tierra. Personal muy agradable y atento. Está distribuido en pequeñas villas con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina. Bien equipado. Por poner una pega, el sofá cama del comedor es mejorable, pero las camas de las habitaciones están muy bien.

Le site est tel que vu en photos. Cest de toute beauté et le personnel est tres accueillant. Le site est a quelques minutes du centre ville , cest calme. Superbe piscine et le site est entouré de roses. Magnifique!

We had a great experience while staying here, and in august, we stayed here for two weeks. The management and employees did their best to make us feel at home and made us feel at home. Whenever needed, we could always rely on good and useful advice, big smiles, and a prompt response to any request. Because the property is a few kilometers away from a bustling medina, which was pleasant and used to your advantage, especially when traveling during the summer, bank holidays, or religious events in Morocco, the property is a few kilometers away from a busy medina. You are easily connected to the center thanks to well-organized taxi transportation for around 25 for a return trip. The restaurant has excellent moroccan wine, which comes with the meals, which is served nearly anywhere you choose within the property. After traveling the world and staying in various hotels that are often very luxurious, I appreciate Les Gardens de Syrian's hospitality, arranging a beautiful surprise for our anniversary, making sure our visit to Morocco was memorable, and wanting us to return. Thank you very much to Sofia, the generous idrs, and the lovely fatwa!.

It was a shame they never delivered for the money. We had an amazing weekend, and we will not return. The personnel are friendly and upbeat. The rooms throughout the grounds have a serene, restful atmosphere. The setting is lovely, peaceful. Just with advance notice, they will book services for you, such as a taxi. Negative housekeeping works every day but only changes the bins. They don't change towels or bedding until a few days into your stay, which resulted in insect bites and having to replace towels. One day, when I sat and observed the three cleaning ladies change the bins and polish the glass coffee table, I was shocked that they simply changed the bins and polish the glass coffee table. There is no cleaning, mopping, resupplementing towels, or changing sheets. Breakfast is provided, but it is really simple, consisting of sandwiches, honey, cheese, and orange juice with hot beverages. I once requested tea with milk, but they overruled the teabags and offered me mint tea and milk! Very minimal brunch. When we arrived, the receptionists switched off at 10 p.m. After we had left, the lobby lights went off! When eating food prep, you must ensure that you notify the receptionist the night before about what time you want brunch and if you want it in your bedroom or the lobby. The first day, they

The pool's tranquil and serene atmosphere is ruined by the barpoolboy, who only plays loud music for his own entertainment. Complaining only helps for a couple of hours. The pool and rooms are also very nice and atmospheric.

Agréable mais des tonnes de fourmis par terre, au plafond... pas très agréable quand on dort dans un lit dans la même pièce... le matelas du canapé lit n’etait Vraiment pas agréable, les éviers bouchés et une wifi impossible à capter dans les chambres... les gérants de l’hotel Disent que celle-ci fonctionne bien dans les jardins, ça n’est vraiment pas le cas, si vous souhaitez venir en vacances et en même temps travailler à distance, cela est quasiment impossible. L’emplacement n’est pas très pratique car loin du centre de Marrakech donc assez cher pour faire des aller retours de l’hotel (30€ environ). À côté de cela, le personnel est très agréable et disponible!

Séjour de 4 nuits. Endroit très retiré de la ville. Rien de près même pas une petite épicerie pour s'approvisionner. Dommage car cuisine toute équipée dans les chambres. Il faut prendre le taxi pour se déplacer absolument. Hôtel qui a de très beaux jardins. le concept des appartements est très bien mais l'état général commence à laisser désirer, des travaux de rafraichissement seraient fortement conseillés. L'usure du temps se fait sentir. Très bel endroit pour les enfants. Très belle et très grande piscine. Wi-Fi que dans le hall....
