All the things are fine here. The hotel is very lovely, there is a big pool, and the lunch is served in the big garden. The facilities provided are very interesting, such as horse riding, quad, and tennis. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. I also have to mention that the manager was telling me to help with anything I asked and that she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. I will definitely stay here again!

I suggest the activities to anyone traveling to Marrakech! We didn't stay at this hotel, but they arrived and picked us up from our stay for a day trip camel riding. It was a great experience for a decent price, went around the barber villages and stopped for peppermint tea and pancakes. Staff very friendly but do not speak English so brits expecting this, be warned but I speak a lot of French so it was great, he took lots of pictures for us too.

We also frequently went to rode camels, ride horses, and drive buggies. We went riding with my daughter. Horses that are well-kept. I would only advise experienced riders because they are not horses for riding school. Great pleasure at a reasonable price. My family took a camel trek. Very entertaining and at a reasonable pace. Son drove a dune buggy. He says it was great. I'd suggest you stay at this hotel to unwind after the excitement and the Marrakech tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly.. A small boutique hotel where you can relax after the action!.

The trip here on camels was great with traditional clothes provided and good instruction, along with time on the camels and a pleasant stop at a barber's house with snacks and mint tea provided. The only real drawback is having to wait an hour for any return to the city as the quad bike times do not match up with the camel times. I could have spent an additional 45 minutes on the camel. A bit of a downer on the experience which was great aside from the wait.

Comme le descriptif de l'hotel le précise nous sommes à 11 km de Marrakech. Il faut un bon 1/4 d'heure pour aller à Marrakech. Le souci c'est qu'il n'y a rien autour... Il faut donc réserver un taxi ou autre moyen de locomotion systématiquement. Les taxis viennent vous chercher et vous déposer... Nous étions les seuls clients... ça fait un peu bizarre... mais les 2 femmes qui nous ont accueillies nous ont préparé de bons petits déjeuners (inclus) et de bons plats (non inclus). Malheureusement, elles ne parlent pas le français ce fut donc une (bonne) surprise à chaque diner...

Des notre arrivée personne a la réception pour nous recevoir et la chambre n'était pas encore prête on a du attendre 1h. L'état de la chambre est déplorable les lits sont sales ont a du demander un chagement de la chambre plusieurs fois. La clim marchait une fois sur deux, la douche fuyait, il a eu une coupure d'électricité, ... Au final sur les 4 jours qu'on a réserver et payer nous sommes rester que 2 jours car sa ne pouvais plus continuer quitte à perdre notre argent. Seul point positif : la piscine mis à disposition de jour comme de nuit

Un cadre magnifique avec piscine et jeux pour enfants. Cependant la propreté des chambres laissent à désirer le service aussi. De plus on nous a demandé de payer à l'hôtel car ils ne savaient pas comment récupérer les sous de notre réservation. Ce que nous avons du faire. Beaucoup de rencontré déçu par cet établissement avec un si gros potentiel. Vraiment dommage. Pr la nourriture vraiment déçu.
