Pension Marriott is conveniently located near the city center, and the costs are on a first glance on a reasonable level in a highly overpriced city for lodging. A reservation made one day prior to arrival was lost. Getting a room took a long time, and payment had to be made right away. The bathroom's floor was ruined by the tiny water spilling out. Even though another guest, a native speaker, translated my request into Portuguese, the receptionist simply ignored my request for repair. The breakfast was quite bad, almost every plate at the buffet was empty, and it took a while to locate a new person to bring coffee. It takes some time to locate someone to bring coffee. The whole team I encountered seemed to be quite inexperienced and unqualified to work in the service industry. You never feel valued. Such a location is extremely costly, at almost 85 usd. There are some positive things about parking in the building and a safe. The hotel's position is excellent because there are excellent restaurants nearby. Mineral water is provided for free. In the room, there is a small, working refrigerator. Fortunately, I could leave Pension Martins after one night..

This location has been our home away from home since 2012. The rooms in the new block are opulent, classy, and feature one of the best workout rooms in automobile. The manager pushes and is thorough professional, and his staff does not let their guests down. Over the past almost three years, weve had no complaints from the staff transiting the pension martins, especially when they arrive at odd hours because of delayed flights.

Pension martins is a fairly basic hotel. It is relatively clean, but the shower always felt a little dirty. Bed linens were always clean. Television in rooms has a very limited number of channels. Wifi is available but sometimes haphazard, but code must be obtained from reception and replaced every few hours. Construction standards in the extension wing were questionable, such as wobbly handrails on the stairs. Very disappointing and breakfast, but other meals were ok. I was here for a conference. Auto is an expensive city this hotel is fairly reasonably priced, but I would definitely not stay here for a holiday with my family only for work while traveling alone.

A localização muito boa. Perto do centro é possibilitando fazer grande parte das coisas a pé. A equipe não chega a ser totalmente simpática, mas faz o trabalho dela. Os quartos são antigos e bem diferentes das fotos, mas no geral não são quartos ruins. O café da manhã deixou a desejar bastante .

The hotel has good rooms above the gym on the 3rd level. These rooms are more expensive. When i booked the hotel room i chosed the cheapest room and when i arrived to the hotel I realised that they had out the good and pricier rooms photos on the cheapest rooms reservation page. Luckily they were very kind amd after talking with them they allowed me to stay in the nice rooma above the gym so make sure you get the room which photos you see on the page and take screenshots and do not accept the crappy ground level molded rooms. 3rd level rooms are good, clean, have balcony, wifi, kitchen etc.. Only minus is theres sport class sometime at 530am so bring earplugs and thats ok if theres noise.

Nice property. alittle overpriced.. also both the Expedia address, google maps snd writen address was wrong. We had to walk around for over an hour before we found anyone who could tell us we had a bad address .

I wouldn't rate it 3 star. The staff was friendly except for a so called stand-in manager. He's very rude and lacks customer service and good approach. He needs thorough one-on-one talk about handling guests especially if they come outside of the country and there is a language barrier. I needed to exchange rands to MT and was busy with the lady at reception. He just told me to leave her alone. When I asked him who he was he said he was a client. That was sarcastic and rude. I told him a little bit of me. I was angry and I would not recommend it to my friends. Although overall the stay was good. The room was not really what I saw on the website. Pictures are misleading.
