The hotel is in the center of the city. No special features, ordinary rooms may be renovated, and not just the bathroom or the hot water, but it was not very effective. The windows are very big, making it very noisy. Even though the staff is smiling, they are not very effective. They can be seen resting on the sofas in the lobby or just on the phone. I didn't have the best place there after seeing the coffee shop in the lobby. The hotel claims a sky bar, which is a joke. I suppose the roof is normal and has some stools and tables like in the photos. Then I went up stairs and lights went out and a guy lay in the bar. The lights turn on and the laundry area turns on. There is a washing machine in there. Even the view was great. Earlier, I said just for one night, go early and check out early.

I was staying here with my partner for the duration of March. We have both been to Mandala before and stayed in other hotels, but we thought this hotel was what we were looking for. You can unwind in the reception area because they offer free coffee, tea, and other beverages all day, making it convenient to get a rest after shopping and sightseeing. The staff was there to take our coffee to the table for us, and the breakfast was excellent and had a good selection of meals. The Say Cho markets are just a short walk from the hotel from the hotel, and if you want to purchase womens or mens sarongs, you should visit the market because they have a wide variety to choose from, making it simple to get all your necessities there. We will both stay at this hotel again when we visit Mandala, as the rooms are spacious and wellappointed, with free wifi.

I stayed in my hotel for 2 nights while visiting Mandala with my friend in August 2017. Their service and attitude are great and they offer a variety of rooms at a very reasonable price. A complimentary breakfast is provided for all types of rooms. The hotel staff is cooperative.

Excellent location, big rooms, hot water, a good breakfast, speedy wifi, and a comfortable bed. Even the pillows weren't too hard. For what you get, the price is really fair. The employees are very welcoming. What could be a drawback? The windows are single-glazed as usual in this region, making it appear that the cars were just next to the bed, but our room was in the back, so it wasn't too bad at night. We had an excellent night's sleep. Accurate within the can and hbo.

We came across this hotel randomly after searching for a few mandala cheap options that were terrible. The staff was wonderful, polite, and helpful. Our double room on the ith floor was small but tidy, extremely clean, and functional. Breakfast was good, I liked the Mandarin style noodle soup with a freshly prepared fruit platter every morning. Graar value for money.
