The rooftop breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order. Room 401 had a balcony and big windows to let the light in. Really nice bathroom with heated floor in front of the sink. Very good value for money - the best value we have had in 3 weeks in Myanmar. Easy walk to boat hiring people on the canal.

We were treated well by the employees and they made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, tidy, and have a wonderful view. We received room service every day, a free bottle of water every day, a minibar, and snacks for purchase. The buffet breakfast had several options including an omelet, rice, noodles, pancakes, bacon, fruit, cakes, vegetables, and many more. It is served on a roof with a great view. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular from there. Around 7 a.m., there are hot air balloons in the air and the queue of monks passing by the street eating food. The hotel has free bikes, and the location is ideal. We HIGHLY suggest this hotel!.

This hotel was comfortable and helpful. The breakfast buffet was so good and delicious with an amazing variety. The manager in the front desk helped me with a lot of my travel questions.

I can only say that this is another family-run hotel that I have been lucky enough to stay in on our trip to Mandar. They are very friendly and helpful to provide us with every information on places to eat and places to stay in idle. Our room is spacious and has a nice mountain view. Breakfast can be ordered in advance, but I guarantee you won't regret it. All you need to do is remain at your table and the staff will prepare it for you. I really enjoy traditional Muslim breakfast and Shan Breakfast here.

We arrived very early in the morning but they gave us early check-in and late check out at the lowest price in the evening which we love. The staff were really friendly and gave us a free bike that we could borrow to visit the city. Nothing more to complain about. Hopefully we will come back the next time. Thank you for the great customer service.

In short, I adored that location! I must admit that I wasn't overly antidote to Nyaungshwe, but I enjoyed my hotel! Given that so many locations had received high ratings, it took me a while to decide where to stay. What made me intrigued about that hotel was that they had a special online deal where you could book a suite for the cost of a typical double room, and I enjoyed how it was conveniently situated near the boat dock. I noted in reviews that some users reported that the boats' sounds bothersome, but to me, it was like it was part of the atmosphere! I was given a very roomy apartment with the usual amenities including safe, refrigerator, kettle, and balcony, and the bathroom was also spacious with many toiletries and brand-new towels, as well as a bathtub and a shower with boiling hot water! The entire building had strong wifi. I adored the breakfast buffet served on their expansive patio every morning, as I could drink my coffee while the boats plow the canal. The personnel was outstanding and spoke decent English, incredibly friendly, and was always available if you needed assistance. Last but not least, they provide you with free bikes to explore the city and its surroundings. There are many excellent restaurants close by, as well as the lovely little night market where you may enjoy all kinds of grilled meats and seafood
