A wonderful place where I'd stay again and certainly recommend. Incredible value. I rented the largest room (which sleeps 3) and it was the size of a small apartment, with full living room and desk. Very comfortable. The service is impeccable and very courteous. RKH is not perfect: The restaurant is forgettable, the bed and pillows are hard and the area is devoid of any real eating options. It's 1.4 miles to Shwedagon, but not much else, except for a couple embassies, which is why I was there.

I really like this Hotel..I have booked here 3 times..Can't beat the price for what you get..The staff is to attentive, ,every one stands when I enter the lobby, I have to complain about something! !!.The breakfast buffet is the best... I would recommend this hotel to anyone. . They call you a taxi anytime and give you the rate,,spot on..

quiet area, a bit of a walk to the places in sanchaung. but they can call a taxi for you if needed. hotel is great with good and clean rooms, beds and shower rooms. a simple breakfast is available which has all the basics needed.

The royal chatter has staff who are only too willing to please and they achieve this in a quaint little way. At night it was noisy with dogs many barking and howling, but not on our second visit 8 days later. The food in the hotel is quite good, although we were alone in the restaurant twice for dinner. On checkout they convert the dinner from kyats to dollars if you pay with a credit card. Breakfast is mixture of east and west, with the staff only too willing to help. Large bottles of Mandarin beer are available, which is not too bad, at a licensed hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the walk in wet rooms is a pleasure. Air conditioning is good. The electric points require uk pin plugs or two flat pin or two round pin adapters, which is a real bonus. On arrival, you are given a small piece of paper with the hotel name and directions in local language so you can show a taxi driver for any return journey. We thought it was a nice touch. This hotel is not the center, but it's only 2. 5 miles from the city center, and taxis are cheap, but you should talk about a cost before you arrive. After RP, late checkout is $2 per hour.

This is a really great hotel with well-appointed rooms, a gym, meeting rooms, and a restaurant. But the staff is the best. I would not have hoped for better service or assistance when we needed it. The hotel is on a side street away from the city center, but taxis are cheap, so getting around is not an issue. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights recently. Although it is situated in the middle, it is close to amenities, the station, and the market. The hotel personnel are extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms are tidy, with safes for valuables, comfortable beds, hairdryer, toiletries, and tea-making capabilities. There is a lift and a lovely rooftop garden, and the restaurant serves delectable, reasonably priced meals. The waiters are still practicing their English, but they do their best to be helpful and courteous. When you arrive, they give you a note with their address and contact details in their language to give to the taxi firms so that it is simple to get around and get back. The hotel has air conditioning too. If you are visiting Mandarin, I suggest this hotel.

A family-run hotel that is always clean and organized, good wifi, helpful and courteous staff. Good location in San Chung. Central and midtown close by. Simple to get to the Wagon University. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is not really in the center, but it is close to the station, market, coffee shops, and restaurants. Taxis are cheap and readily available if additional trips are required. If I were to be lucky enough to visit Mandar again, I would not think twice about staying in this lovely hotel. During our trip to Maharashtra, we recently stayed here for a couple of nights. What a lovely, cozy motel. The personnel is incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to guide us, assist us, and order taxis when we wanted. Our room was spacious and clean, and comfortable. There was a tea and coffee-making supplies in the room. The bathroom had a huge walk-in power shower. Breakfast consisted of a mix of local continental cuisine, which was merely basic yet sufficient. Again, the staff could not have done more to assist, even controlling the toaster and turning toast as needed. If I ever had the good fortune to visit Dari again, I would never think twice about staying at this lovely hotel.
