Our stay was so perfect. The resort is Beautiful. We travelled as a family of 3 With our 7 year old son. We had a great time. The breakfast was the best part of the day. So many varieties. The staff service was extra ordinary. Namita at the front desk and Pushpa in the Nagarjuna Cafe were exemplary making our stay truly worthwhile. Thank you

Everything here was exceptional..the staff were so friendly and helpfull especially Sabrina on day reception ..may have here name misspelt..sorry..lovely swimming pool ..only thing I was a bit shocked about was the price of alocolic beverages....I think I paid 7500 nrps for a bottle of wine that I could have purchased in a sop for 2000 nrps and a large beer was 1300 rps my fault I suppose for needing a drink lol

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. When we had an issue with our room, they resolved it by upgrading us to a bigger and different room. When we had an issue with the dining, the Director of food and beverages, Mr. Sadana, took the matter in his own hands and resolved it right away. only two things to be noted is that the property is a bit far away from Kathmandu, and we had issues with the room air conditioner. but overall it's a very nice place for the price

I’ve been a customer of this hotel for about two years and have had many good, long stays here. Unfortunately, during my last three visits and especially my current stay the hotel has lost its usual sense of calm, and customer satisfaction no longer seems to be a priority. Due to a lack of proper supervision, the floors are left unmanaged, and the noise both inside and outside the hotel after midnight—from staff and guests—is unacceptable. Additionally, because of poor management attention, the quality of the food and breakfast is no longer what it used to be. If you are looking for the mountain tranquility that was once the defining feature of this hotel, it is no longer a suitable choice.

This hotel is no longer as quiet as it used to be, nor does it prioritize its guests like before. Except for Saturdays, when the hotel tends to be busier, on other days many essential services such as hot water, heating, and other facilities are not as reliable as they once were. It feels like the hotel’s priorities have shifted; guests and tranquility are no longer at the center. This is especially disappointing, as the main reason for choosing this hotel, despite its distance from the city, was precisely its peaceful atmosphere and quality of service.
