I recently stayed at Hotel Haven O' Ganga for three nights, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making sure I felt right at home throughout my stay. The hotel's independent building and the always-present security staff added a reassuring layer of safety. The rooms were not only impeccably clean and well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect haven after a day of exploring. The consistent hot water for showers was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort. While everything was great, one small suggestion would be to extend the shower curtain to keep the bathroom floor dry. However, this minor detail didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel's location was superb, close to Pokhara and within walking distance of all the central district attractions. The surrounding area had plenty of good restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, catering to every traveler's needs. To sum it up, my stay at Hotel Haven O' Ganga was a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a positive and memorable accommodation experience.

Moved to this hotel after trekking Manaslu and then spending night at budget hotel which was a bit noisy and lacked privacy. This hotel is beautiful - a gem in the city. Very quiet with excellent insulation and soundproofing. Room with balcony and view of mountains or hills above the lake. Great breakfast and accommodating friendly staff. Room was absolutely spotless and had rain shower shower head and very quick hot water (not always easy to get in Nepal). A/C, WiFi and TV round out the amenities. I heard there was a rooftop garden but I didn’t go. Only a few minute walk from Lakeside but being set back ensures privacy and quiet. Highly recommended.

Clean and modern, with comfy beds, soft pillows, super shower with solid water pressure and rain-shower-head — this place is a find! Rooms have minibars and flat-screen TVs, and some have amazing mountain view’s and balconies! I love this place! It’s hard to pick a hotel out of what seems like hundreds of identical choices, but if this place is in your price range, just pull the trigger.

I recently stayed here over and over between short trips in the region and was impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The staff assisted us with our bikes, assisted us with a taxi, and safe-tapping our luggage. The hotel is conveniently located at the counterpoint, so it's just a short walk to the lakeside and all the restaurants. The staff was very careful not to wear face masks to observe covid 19 safety precautions. Breakfast is excellent and consistent, especially for the potatoes, the beds are very comfortable, a modern lift makes it easy to get to your room when you're tired from the trek, and the balcony is fantastic. I would strongly advise a room on a floor or above for a better view and less noise from the street. The only ideas for improvement are to make better dripfilter coffee rather than escape instant coffee. In the room, the shampoo and soap are not great and have no foam, we prefer our own. Please provide instructions on how to use the to place a floor wiper squeegee in each bathroom, as water can easily leak into the main bathroom floor and there is no way to clean the guest. Thank you for the excellent service!.

Two times a year, I visit O'hara. I stay at the Haven Ganga hotel every time I visit O'hara because of its excellent quality and inexpensive pricing. It is very cozy, spotless, and also conveniently located near the lake, so it is close to fun places. To be honest, when I go to other hotels, the restroom isn't very clean, and I often see a filthy AC. However, Haven Ganga offers a very nice shower room, a spotless air conditioner, and a big, cozy bed. Even though it isn't anything like a luxury hotel, it provides everything I need and is delectable. Good job, and thank you for always excellent service.

The staff was very professional, especially when it came to arranging the hotel room, which was very comfortable and a nice touch. This hotel has a nice location to get a view of a mountain, a fantastic room, and a great service. I stayed in different rooms for 9 days and the best room is on the first floor. In the summer, the most suitable location is the north side with a mountain view, and the worst part is the south side because it offers great sun bathing.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good and very close to the main street in lakeside but quiet. But it is very close to another building that it is facing to the wall when you open the window if you live in lower floor.
