This is a family run hotel with excellent service. The staff made us feel at home in this place. Although it was a tough time, they make sure we get the service we wanted and provided. The best local service we have received from this place is the large garden with lovely rooms.

Gopal, the hotel's top employee and wildlife tour guide. He is the primary commodity at the motel parasite, a truly good and trustworthy man. He is truly wonderful kind, honest, knowledgeable, useful, and utterly hustlefree. He treated me above and beyond what I had planned. Even if you are staying somewhere else, I strongly suggest going see him as your guide before selecting any other Chilean tours. Youll be somewhat quieter here, rather than right in the heart of sarah. There are many shade trees, flowers, a hammock, and a pavilion with a fireplace that is a nice place to sit and read as long as you remain away from the noisy goose pair. These geese made me think of having goose mother's. Youll understand quickly enough. The rooms are really nice, large, airy, comfortable, fairly quiet, and reasonably priced. The shower is lukewarm, not hot. The wifi in the rooms is lukewarm, not hot. It can be annoying, and it would be wonderful if they offered real coffee, but in sarah, you cannot find real coffee in many eateries just instant, which I sincerely hope changes soon. The restaurants wifi, though, is decent. I didn't mind the 10 additional service fee and vat tax automatically added to the check, as I prefer to

I was a volunteer at a school near the parasite hotel and stayed there for a month. In addition to the local and very delicious food, I always had access to wifi and coldwarm water. Furthermore, it was possible to participate in safari tours also from the hotel itself and cultural programs according to the central position, so getting to the attractions is quite easy. Moreover, the family and hotel staff were very caring and open minded. They also helped organize tours and trips to plumbing and Kathmandu.

We had a wonderful experience while visiting Chilean wildlife. We paid for all of our accommodations, transportation, food, park fees, and activities, including morning canoe safaris, forest walks, four-hour jeep safaris, elephant bathtime, tharu cultural performance, and elephant breeding centers. We had been quite content with our visit there eight years earlier, so I chose hotel parasite. It was also a chance to meet gopal, who had been our guide at that time and had been a pleasure to meet. Since our last visit, the hotel parasite had undergone renovations and was a lot more contemporary and smart. Our upstairs room was large, spotless, light, and cozy, with a flat-screen TV and a shared patio area. There was a hot water shower above the bath tub in the bathroom. There was also a pleasant time relaxing there with a cold Hakcha beer. The hotel is situated in an attractive garden with a persona. We had a great experience in chilean wildlife. Our guide, Gopal, hasn't lost his eye or edge in recognizing birds and wildlife. He couldn't have been more attentive or accommodating in making our trip enjoyable. It has been a wonderful experience in this hotel, it comes with a pleasant atmosphere. They treated us like family, always making sure our safety and comfort were well-kept. They organized kayak rides and jeep rides in Chile, and that was very satisfying!

The hotel facilities are very basic. Very good hot shower and a clean bed, and a restaurant with very reasonable price of everything on the menu. Extremely friendly helpful wait staff. They actually made momo, a Nepalese dumplings for us upon my husband's request. Mind you, it was not on their menu. The location of the hotel is the best for jungle walks, canoeing, jeep safaris, and elephant rides. It is within short distance of walking. Our guide Gopal is the best. He has more than 20 years of experience in the jungle and knows it like the inside of his palms. He sees, hears, and smells animals. He led us to close approximately 100 meters of a mother rhino and her baby while they were sleeping. It was so excited that I forgot to be scared. We saw deers, monkeys, wild boars, thousands of birds throughout our jungle walks, jeep safari, and canoeing. The last one is the best to watch birds without disturbing them. I LOVE his tours. I hope you will also if you are there.

Gefallen hat mir das riesige Zimmer und die großzügige Grünanlage. Nicht gefallen hat mir der Zustand der Zimmer/Möbel/Textilien, leider alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war sehr unterschiedlich, teils sehr freundlich, teils seltsam und/oder wenig hilfsbereit. Eine flächendeckende Ausstattung mit (funktionsfähigen) Moskitonetzen wäre bei diesem starken Moskitovorkommen sehr wünschenswert!

We arrived around 3:30pm from Pokhara due to traffic and bad roads. Only had one day in Sauraha. The staff tried to rush us in sight - seeing and charged us close to 5000 NPR per person for 2 hour elephant ride safari plus "Park permit". We felt like we had to rush because we wouldn't get to experience safari in Sauraha and agreed. The next day in Kathmandu, Our Nepalese friend told us that it only costs a fraction of the cost - around 1500NPR per person for the whole thing. We were really upset about the whole ordeal and it soured our visit and stay in Sauraha. Thumbs down to this hotel and staff.
