The rooms are lovely, immaculate, and cozy. The complimentary breakfast is hot and made to order. But most importantly, the staff goes above and beyond. After leaving my passport in a taxi, bicky assisted me in looking for it. He even went so far as to get in touch with a young girl i met while hiking because i happened to get a lovely photo that i thought she would like. When their next hiking group traveled through her town, the hotel even offered to deliver it to her! People have mentioned that you come to nepal for sightseeing, but you return for the people. The staff at this hotel lived up to their word!.

Excellent position, just a 10minute walk from durbar square and right on the outskirts of thamel. The bathroom could use some updating, and the room was fine. The lobby and dining area are excellent, giving a much more boutiquelike vibe than the room itself. Although the service was courteous and welcoming, we felt a little uneasy waking up the staff in the morning to prepare our breakfast. This is why there were so few visitors at the hotel during the offseason.

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with hot water facilities. The nighttime noise was quite loud, so we had to negotiate for free parking. Overall, it was a good experience.

I highly recommend this place! My time at truly asia was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable visit. As a female traveler with different schedules, i booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 8 days. The beds are comfortable, the entire hotel is clean and well maintained, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and always greet me with a warm smile. I even recommended this place to some friends. Quality service, comfortable rooms, warm showers, good food, all at an affordable price.

We stayed for 5 days at bank islam and the malaysian universconference. The hotel is very clean, the food is delicious, the hotel staff serves very well and has access to shopping in tamil. A 3star hotel with a 5 star rating. Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel entrance was very welcoming. The staff always smiled and greeted guests in a traditional manner. The room was clean, the ac worked fine, and the windows opened nicely for a cool breeze and light if needed. The wifi was good and always available. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Any feedback or requests were met, such as we asked for the geyser to be turned on as per our needs, and it was handled promptly. There is a weighing machine near reception, which was very helpful. There is a restaurant, waiting area, and clean washroom on the ground floor. The location is very accessible as it is within the thmel market. It felt very pleasant and secure, we were two ladies staying for 4 nights. No unwanted noises or smells. Drinking water was promptly provided, they ensured we always had enough in the room. Just a caution if you are elderly or wheelchair bound - the lift is accessible after climbing 7-8 stairs and you have to climb down or up 7-8 stairs to reach your room.

I have stayed at one of the best boutique hotels in thamel kamel. I was greeted with a warm welcome and given the best facilities and services. It has the best traditional touch combined with cozy beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cheap hotel in the thamel area. Dont expect the facilities of this hotel to be like staying in a big city. Its just a simple hotel and they provide breakfast. The guard is very polite and kind.
