We hebben hier maar één nacht verbleven vanwege een feest dichtbij, zo jammer want het hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzaamheid laat op de avond. Het appartement was fantastisch. Sfeervol, smaakvollle inrichting, geruisloze airconditioning, ruim, zeer schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Keukenblok met magnetron, kookplaat, koelkast etc. Mooi zithoekje, tv, goed bed, badkamer een plaatje, noem maar op. Ook voor een langer verblijf dus zeer aan te raden. Het is buiten de drukte van het centrum, tramhalte dichtbij, parkeergarage dichtbij, mooi park nabij. Kortom, wij zullen bij een volgend verblijf in Amsterdam zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen, maar dan wel voor meerdere nachten!

We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee. We got to meet few of the staff members and they were friendly, kind and very helpful. The price was fair for the value, so we highly recommend making it your choice when in Amsterdam.

I would suggest this lodging to anyone. The studio was spotless, cozy, and wellequipped. All the little things were considered like earplugs and travel adapters.

Bob W oosterpark recently reopened a lovely old building that has been meticulously restored. The local staff is really helpful, and the cleaning and customer service are excellent. The only thing i wasnt aware of when i reserved the cozy studio with kitchen because it wasnt listed in the description, was that the secondfloor rooms only have skylights and dont open, so you always need to turn on the air conditioning, and at night, it can be quite noisy when everything is silent. Being in a locked room is a bit cramped in my opinion. Everything else worked perfectly.

The room is definitely spotless. Very attentive service even when everything is digital. It feels like i breathe history and culture staying in this 250 year old building. What a charm, bob w oosterpark.

I have to say that despite the negative situation that occurred, the followup was excellent, and i am very grateful to sebastio for handling this situation with grace. We were reimbursed in full for the day in question when there was an issue, and sebasti, the Netherlandsbob W manager, reached out to me directly to resolve the issue and personally apologized. Not only that, but sebasti conducted a full internal review, explained what went wrong, and put in place new mitigation measures to ensure that this would never happen to any of his guests. You can tell this is someone who truly cares about his guests, and he handled us very well. After this experience, i would not think twice about staying at the bob W. The location and rooms are stunning, and the head office staff is clearly wellmannered. When we arrived, we absolutely loved this hotel, but we had a terrible time by the end. The room keys are digital, and when we left on saturday night, our phone died. When we returned to the hotel, the front door had been locked, and no one was answering the emergency line that they happily advertise on the front of the hotel as being monitored aroundtheclock. It was -3 degrees outside, we spent hours trying to get in, paid a local publican eur 20 to charge our phone so we could call this emergency number, which the voicemail box condescendingly tells you to only call if it is an emergency but never answer, and we had to wake up other hotel guests to let us into the hotel due to the massive failure of the nonexistent front desk. They acknowledged their mistake in the morning and offered us a free breakfast to make up for it, but it doesnt even make up for the fact that we could have died in the heat outside. I was moments away from calling the police because i couldnt figure out what else to do.

The location is close to the train station and the city center. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is amazing. Free coffee and tea in the room. The room is comfortable. I will stay at bobs again next time in amesterdam.

This hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is easy to access and transport to other parts of the city. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and quiet. The customer service is very efficient. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is unlike any other! The staff is the icing on the cake, i have never experienced such personal attention. The rooms are beautiful, so clean with nice facilities. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked how easy and flexibile the (contactless) check-in was. We opted for early check-in and everything was ready at noon, whwn we arrived. The common area with tables and a kitchen was a great plus.
