Very nice hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, very accessible by public transport and close to shops. Clean, well maintained daily and has breakfast if you want it. The internet was a bit unreliable and slow.

The location is the only positive thing. The walls are also very thin. You can hear your neighbor talking on his cell phone and snoring all night long. This place is perfect if you want to hear your neighbor talk on his cell phone and snore all night long.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of Amsterdam, right next to the museum district, and within walking distance of some of the citys most important attractions! The bedroom had everything we needed for a fourday stay, and we had housekeeping every day. If there is a lot of noise in the hallway, other rooms, or on the streets, you can hear it, but otherwise, it is peaceful. Breakfast is also very good. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are very small and could use renovation. Especially in the bathroom. The sheets had holes and the fittings started rusting in the bathroom. The area where the hotel is located is very good. The old town can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a 24 hour reception which is nice. Personally, i would recommend spending a little more money on a hotel that is a bit more modern, even though its location is not too bad.

Kamarnya kecil dan tidak kedap suara. Kamar mandinya kecil dan tidak bersih. Tempat tidurnya nyaman. Terletak di dua negara, Museum Van Gogh dan Riejkmuseum. Staf yang ramah. Harap jangan mengganti handuk mandi setiap hari karena tidak ramah lingkungan.

In July 2023, my best friend and i stayed here. We had booked at a reasonable price, but we were concerned about the bed bug reviews. We had a great time, the rooms are definitely very small, the price is relatively affordable, there is a city tax on top of your total price, and the location is quite walkable. Its not in the heart of downtown, so we found it quieter. However, while staying here, i did get bit by something. It wasnt a bed bug, as far as i know, but it was a bug bite all the same. Our stay was otherwise good. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but there was a fan, and the window could also be opened.

I would recommend it. I stayed for one night and my friend and i got a triple room. Great stay, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. About 15 minutes walk to hussel and bussel of central dam. Beautiful park to walk to central. Great location.

Bisa dibilang, di mana pun Anda menginap di Amsterdam, ada trem dan bus. Terutama jika Anda akan menginap selama 2 atau 3 hari, Anda dapat membeli tiket rombongan dan berkendara tanpa batas waktu. Sayangnya, saya tinggal di hotel bintang 3 ini tidak memenuhi harapan saya. Kebersihan meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan, kamar gelap, peralatannya buruk dan ketinggalan jaman. Selain itu, kami cukup beruntung karena ada kebocoran air dari toilet di atas kamar kami yang menyebabkan situasi yang sangat tidak nyaman dan kerusakan parah. Staf, terlepas dari situasi kami, tidak memahami atau responsif seperti yang kami harapkan. Kami harus menunggu dua jam untuk bisa ditampung kembali. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman ini tidak memenuhi standar yang diharapkan untuk hotel bintang tiga. Meskipun lokasinya menarik, saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk tidak melakukannya!
