I have no complaints because I arrived early and had no trouble checking in. Courteous staff, willing to help with my different inquiries. Clean and quiet room, bathroom, etc. Overall, I have no problems recommending this hotel.

As part of our city trip, my companion and I stayed at this hotel, and we couldnt disagree with it! Nice clean room with excellent safety. We wish there was a long-length mirror in the room, but compared to the mirrors in the hallways, it wasnt a requirement. The staff was always available and kind. To was ideal because it had Netflix and Youtube, which was very handy for us to unwind in the evenings after a long day. The hotel's location is ideal because it was near to all the attractions in the center, and a supermarket was only a short distance away.

I am very happy. Very recommended. Just got back from a 3 night stay at the Dream Hotel Amsterdam. Great place to go sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. My deluxe room was small, but perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. The shower room was lovely. Many towels and toiletries are provided. The tea tray was well equipped and replenished daily.
