The room was clean , bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The shopping nearby was incredible. We were wishing we had our teenage granddaughters with us. The included breakfast buffet was without doubt the best we have had in years. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

This was just the perfect place to stay for a visit to Utrecht. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the staff are very welcoming. The location is awesome - just opposite the main railway station and within a beautiful shopping mall which has a huge variety of stores, restaurants and cafes. The Hampton breakfast was excellent: a great choice of hot/cold options served in spacious dining area adjacent to the reception. I will definitely be returning!

Staff were welcoming. I was afforded an early check-in due to my hotel membership. Good sized well appointed room. I had a view of Utrecht and canal form my room. Hotel is well located.

The hotel is situated in the shopping mall and just across the road from Utrecht central station and the bus stops. Convenient access for our visit. Eating places nearby. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Der er masser af butikker i nærheden, da hotellet ligger midt i et storcenter. Personalet er meget venligt og serviceminded. Da klimaanlæget i værelset ikke virkede, fik jeg bragt en el-varmer op. Der var lang kø ved morgenmaden mellem kl. 9 og 10. Så det er en god idé at komme før kl. 9. Utrecht er en virkelig hyggelig by.
