The hostel is truly exceptional! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the stay, leaving guests with cosy rooms. A welcome card and treats were waiting for us upon arrival, adding to the overall comfort of our experience. Throughout our visit, we enjoyed activities such as game night, yoga, beer pong, and movie night. We only wish we could have extended our time there. Additionally, the location offers countless opportunities for relaxation, perfect for relaxing on the sofa while enjoying their delicious coffee. Special thanks to all the team, especially the englishman who was incredibly kind to us. I wholeheartedly recommend it!.

I highly recommend this place! The best hostel ive ever been to. I cant find a single issue. The staff is friendly and the hostel is beautiful. My stay was in the capsule room called sport and it was fantastic.

Strongly recommended! We had a wonderful time with our family of four in the hostels clock tower room. The location is convenient, being close to everything yet peaceful. There are fewer stairs to climb, but the service was excellent and the staff was always helpful. We received two complimentary breakfast cakes from iris bakery in addition to the standard breakfast that we had paid for, which included fruit juice, coffee, yogurt, and spreads.

I only stayed one night, but i was satisfied with the experience. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. They checked us in early. Beds have lights, curtains and charging ports. Showers use timed lights which is annoying so ive ended up showering in the dark. But otherwise everything is perfect. Beer on tap is always a bonus too.

I appreciate that i didnt have to make my own bed. Each bunk has a night light and blinds, which ive appreciated. Excellent aesthetic. Additionally, after ill missed my checkin time, he called me to let me know its okay and when the most recent check in is open. Much obliged.

This hostel is in a great location. Ive stayed in more than 50 hostels, and ive always had pleasantly positive things about it! It doesnt appear to be geared towards partying, but it does seem like if its all inclusive and fun. It is old and busy, yet it has ambiance that makes you feel at home and welcome. The facilities are spotless, the personnel is excellent.

The only drawback was that there wasnt much soundproofing i could hear a bass jumping until midnight. Not sure if it came from the music in the hotel lobby or just outside the hostel. There was symphonic singing from guys who jumped violently on the floor above us until around 22.30 p. M., which is before silent hours, but occasionally these kinds of groups appear to stay here. I spent one night in nanette room with six beds. The sheets were spotless, the beds were cozy, and the entire hostel was generally fairly clean. All the staff members were friendly.

We had a wonderful night at the room hostel. The bed was comfortable, and the staff is really kind and organized. For 5 euros per person, you can choose scrumptious nutritional breakfast. Both the hostel and its bathroom were immaculate overall. Highly recommended.

I had never stayed in a hostel before and was really pleased with it. There are many showers, bathrooms, lockers on the bed, tvs at the bar, laundry, and curling on your bed. Different events are held each night. It was great, very clean, you can use your phone to open the door of your room, this is something i hadnt seen before, so ive thought it was cool. You can also use the optional pin. Just outside there is stray tram line that can take you to rotterdam cebtraal in 7 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially to sim and the lady who checked me in on august 25th. I felt very welcome on my solo travel and stay here. If ill ever return to Rotterham or any other part of the netherlands, then he will stay in his room or hostel.

Highly recommended for solo travelers. One of the best hostels ive ever stayed in, the atmosphere was really cozy! The staff were very nice, communal areas were well equipped and comfortable, beds were comfortable and snug.

The staff members are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and hospitable throughout our stay. I could honestly rave about hostel rooms for a long time. The best hostel ive ever been to in Europe by far. We were given courtesy upgrades to deluxe family suites! The staff is extremely friendly, they are always willing to chat and assist you and personally lead you up to your room. Its incredibly unusual in the rooms. All amenities are immaculate and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was reasonably priced and looked fantastic. Such remarkable location. Nearly all of the main attractions are within walking distance or tram. Had such tastiest time, we will definitely be returning. I wish there were hostel room branches in every european city!.

This place is recommended by me! I usually dont write reviews, but this time it was a great stay. I was visiting amiable in rotterdam and had the pleasure of sleeping in this hostel. Great environment and friendly staff. Joyce welcomed me at the reception, she had such vigor and helped me understand what to see in the city and what places were the best for exploring Rotterham.

Its a pleasant hostel to stay at. The room, the bed, and the bathroom were all spotless. There is also tastier space where you can meet other guests and have booze. Staff members were always willing to assist and very friendly.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hostel is large and has a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting this city. Location is also great. You can rent bikes, have booze or even enjoy some quiet time to read or work.
