Vi havde en dejlig dag i Dokkum. Virkelig fin by og hotellet er helt centralt. Vi købte en p-plads i gården. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad var lækkert. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. We werden direct ontvangen toen we naar binnen liepen en de receptie liep met ons mee naar de kamer. De kamer was prachtig! Een heel fijn verblijf. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed verzorgd. Bij het uitchecken kregen we een flesje water en een kleinigheidje, ontzettend attent. Ik had mijn oplader laten liggen, maar werd gelijk door de receptie gebeld dus die kon ik gelukkig nog ophalen. Al met al hebben we het enorm naar onze zin gehad!

Het personeel en de ontvangst was allervriendelijkst en zeer behulpzaam. De accommodatie was picobello in orde. Smaakvolle inrichting van het geheel, zowel binnen als buiten. Het samengaan van oud gebouw en nieuwe eigentijdse materialen is stijlvol toegepast. Het diner en ontbijt waren prima. Kortom, een heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf in een weldadig aandoende omgeving. Proficiat!!

We really liked this hotel the rooms are beautifully decorated. Very tasteful decoration, especially the bathroom. Very good service and storage space for bicycles, including charging points. The only inconvenience is the absence of air conditioning but there is a fan. Breakfast was not really up to the same standard as the rooms. You receive a tray and there is most bread. Some of it was not really fresh sugar bread and very dry.

The hotel is lovely. The staff was excellent and friendly, and the room was kept immaculately. Hotel would suggest it. One evening, we dined in the hotel's restaurant de award van hokum. Although delicious, the cuisine was not outstanding. Service was friendly and wine suggestions were excellent, but delivery was far too slow. We received ex amuse bouche, a breadboard, starter, fish, main course, and desert in four hours. The first four items arrived fairly quickly, but the fish and main arrived almost an hour before the dessert cold appeared, and the first three items arrived just as quickly as the main dish. One glass of wine was apologies and expense offered by the chief waiter, but it was inexorably inadmissible. Another issue was portions. You can have a surprise menu with 3, 4, 5 or 6 courses, we chose the 4 but the portions were the same size as a 6 course menu, so we were hungry, this shouldn't be the case after a 120 euro meal. As previously stated, the food was excellent, but delivery and value are insufficient. I cannot recommend.

I recommend this hotel. This hotel has a great central position near the ice fountain. The breakfast is served at your table in a stylish and spacious room with a high ceiling. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Our room had a king bed that slept very comfortable. The room had two windows that had views of the church, but no screens to keep the flies out. Could benefit from air in the summer.

From the reservation confirmation, I had a sense that I would like this hotel. These guys, girls, do it right. Providing comprehensive customer satisfaction by thinking outside the box and anticipating your needs. Before you arrive. Wonderful accommodation. Forget how clean the room was, it will never be an issue! Breakfast is more than adequate, but I definitely recommend it in the evening. I'm not sure who is behind the menu and execution, but I'll let you know on my next visit. Sophisticated, doesn't come close, and must be experienced. Every employee I encountered excelled, every one of them. You can trust the hotel and his wines since the Italian-born sommelier is so passionate about the hotel and his wines. Perfect location. I'll be back shortly.

Mooie locatie, hotel wel gehorig. Jammer dat de bestelling van het ontbijt tot 2 x toe niet klopte. Ook de rekening was niet juist, parkeren onterecht Berend. Prijs ontbijt ook niet juist, kon geen bedankje af voor het aangeven van het te lage tarief. Bij optellen van de nota bleek wederom parkeerkosten op de nota te staan!
