I stayed here for one night with my brother. The location is close to the railway station. It's pretty comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable and nice. It's the best! The staff is friendly.

Lokasinya di sebelah Maastricht School of Management dan dekat dengan Universitas MAastrich. Sebenarnya agak jauh dari pusat kota MAatrich, sekitar 30 menit berjalan kaki. Tapi di dekat hotel ada stasiun kereta api api. Hanya 1 menit dari Stasiun MAastrouck 3 euro atau 20 menit jika ingin pergi ke Liege, Belgia 10 euro pulang. Saya mendapat upgrade ke kamar keluarga yang cukup luas. Ada microwave oven di kamar. Kamar mandi cukup luas dan bersih. Staf hotel-host sangat ramah. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

What I liked most about this place was the uniqueness of the entire space. I stayed only one night here, so I did actually visit their roof bar for a drink and dinner, but since the restaurant shuts at midnight, it only served decent drinks and breakfast. Even though I had only one night here, I did go to their rooftop bar to have a drink and dinner. The fact that a meter in every bathroom tells you how many liters of water you have used for a bath and urges you to save water was a big plus, which is that even though the restaurant closes at the weekend and only served cocktails. You can self-check in a very fascinating part of the building. I liked this idea. As soon as I touched it, one of the employees arrived to assist me and checked me out in two minutes. The idea was excellent and incredibly designed. The building has seven floors for rooms, and the ith floor is the roof-top bathtub, and the room I got was nice big and cozy. I really liked it because the view of the city was wonderful. However, since the restaurant closes at midnight, the breakfast was delicious.

This place has the atmosphere of a very funny place and the best place in the city. We got a great bathtub, which also has a great decoration, as well as a nice location near the Central Station. Overall, it's a good experience. The brunch isn't great, even though the item is delivered to your room in a bag and it's not very good quality and not great. I would recommend trying breakfast elsewhere.

The room service was so good with a nice and helpful service. The breakfast was delicious and served in European style. The only drawback is that it is far from Maastricht city center, and taxi costs 10 to 15 euros to get there. They serve a variety of food, but this hotel does not serve the European style. We went to the Andre Reid concert, which was very well planned, and the security was excellent.

Excellent position in Maastricht, walking distance. Service and communication are excellent. The room is spacious and bright. Breakfast is a big hit. Parking is available upon request. Would have liked to have an elevator.

We stayed at this hotel on our trip to see Andre lieu, it was a beautiful hotel and a great trip. The staff are all very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. The food was very nice too and the service was great.

We really liked our stay, the rooms were lovely and the hosts were friendly. Breakfast is also good. Very easy to explore Maastricht on foot from the hotel. Parking is available within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for an Andre lieu concert. It was right next to the venue for the concert. Not too far from the heart of the beautiful town of Maastricht. We were pleased with our decision. But the highlight of our hotel stay was at the end thanks to a fantastic member of the hotel team! Our flight home was canceled due to bad weather in London. We attempted to get a taxi to the Maastricht train station, but nobody was available in time to catch the proper train. A step forward, Orlando, the hotels maintenance man! He demonstrated our hero with his drive. When we arrived at the station, there were problems with the trains.. None were arriving! Orlando then drove us from the Netherlands into Belgium to get a train to Brussels from there! He went above and beyond the call of duty, escorted us to the platform to make sure we got the right train. Orlando.. You saved the day. Thank you. A top man and a very nice hotel.

Exceptionally quiet than the venues in the town center on concert nights, and the hotel was a short walk away. As a result of travel restrictions and cancellations, the management was capable of transferring our reservations from June 2020 to July 2022. We were very grateful. They have nearby secure garages, which we found to be quite useful. The rooms on the ground floor were peaceful, and the beds were quite cozy. Shampoo must remain on the floor because there are no shelves in the shower. After the first night, no replacement shampoo was offered. There was no complimentary water in the fridge. In the chamber were only coffee pods that were crushed rather than extracted by the machine. There were no herb teas or teas. The mugs were tiny. Throughout our stay, the coffee pods were never replaced, but fortunately, the foyer had free coffee and tea. Upon arrival, the safe in the chamber was locked, and we didn't mind requesting that it be removed. Though fairly small, the hanging space was adequate. Breakfast was adequate, but by morning, inventory was limited.

A perfect place in the charming Wick Quarter. There are many options for breakfast. Large rooms compared to other hotels. Nice lounge area at the back of the hotel and I guess the courtyard will be nice too in the summer.

I recommend this hotel. This hotel is located in the middle of Maastricht, nearby there are many bus stops and trains. The hotel staff have an excellent service at all times. The breakfast they serve is also delicious. Besides that, the room is also very good and has a convenient location to go to the center of Maastricht. For more information, we recommend checking the vending machine for snacks and breakfast.

We stayed as a family of four in the novel Maastricht recently. As others have said, it is more straightforward than you normally anticipate from a novel. It was also fairly expensive, but it was the Belgian grand prix and an Andre lieu concert that we went over the weekend. The location is good and feels safe, there is a bus stop outside the hotel, but we walked into town, which took about 25 minutes. There is also a large albert heian supermarket, about a 1015 minute stroll away. We had a problem with the bedside reading light not switching off, but a welcoming and competent front of house lady came and sorted it out quickly so we could all get to bed. Overall, a decent hotel, but needs a bit of tac, but I'd stay here again.

The entire city is a credit to the people and the city council. There is a ton of shopping for the wives and plenty of nightlife, bars open until 22:00 a.m. if you prefer. A truly top-notch hotel with a view of the river and a short walk to any of the attractions. The hotel has kind, helpful, and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The accommodations are clean and well-kept. Breakfast was a buffet format with a wide variety. Unfortunately, the christmas market opened later than intended, so we were unable to visit. But we still managed to have a wonderful few days. Fantastic bars for my hobby and great restaurants for my celiac wife.

The equipment in the room is old. We were on the way back from Switzerland to Rotterdam and decided to spend to have some decent sleep. This hotel was sufficient for that.

Overall, it was fine. The hotel was over the river from Maastrichts center, so I had to travel into the city in just five minutes by taxi, which the hotel provides to tourists. I can't complain about the staff, they are all very supportive. Breakfast was expensive, so I slough in. The shower was pleasant, except that I slipped and fell in, hurting my leg. You must hold or use a raindrop shower head to use the shower head. Not good. Very clean room, comfy bed, and amazing view of the city center across the street.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I checked in, the staff members provided helpful and courteous service. Breakfast was plethora and diverse. The room's previous guest had smoked and used one of the provided coffee mugs as an ashtray. The mug had not been changed, so the cleanliness score was terrible. At check-out, the staff did not appear sorry for the ashtray incident.

We stayed here for business and will stay here again next time. The service from the employees was great and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We have a nice choice of food and beer. A convenient location! Parking is also accessible on the first floor. The dream restaurant in this hotel is very tasty.
