Can’t say enough about their very friendly and accommodating staff from check in until we left. We arrived early and our room was available so checked in right away and had late check out. Luggage storage was well organized and secure. Our room was serviced when we left the sign out and very clean. Great location at Vondelpark and close to the city.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, non loin des musées et juste à côté du Vondelpark, qui permet de faire du sport, du vélo. Les petits déjeuners, différents styles, il y a du choix et c’est qualitatif. J’avais besoin d’un taxi, le personnel a été réactif et disponible pour m’aider. Merci pour ce séjour, on reviendra.

The rooms were adorable, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk to several museums, bars and restaurants. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was ok, if you need something quick and close but if you have time to go sit and grab a bite somewhere else, I’d skip it at the hotel. Nothing particularly wrong, just better options close by. There were quite a lot of either flying ants or termites in the lobby area by the window but maybe because they had the doors open? Wasn’t a deal breaker, bugs exist and I never saw any in the room but if that’s your yuck, then just a heads up. Over all great hotel for the price, location and experience. I’d stay again

Lower cost alternative when wanting to stay near the Museum Quarter. Hotel is on the edge of Vondel Park, a beautiful area for walking and biking, and an easy walk to all the Museum Quarter’s many museums (Rijks, Van Gogh, Moco, Stedelijk) plus the Concertgebouw. The hotel staff was very helpful with minor problems and especially helpful during a minor medical emergency. Hotel is well maintained and comfortable with good sized rooms. Numerous restaurants within a convenient walk.

Great location right by Vondel Park and minutes from both the Museumplein and Leidesplein areas, and plenty of restaurants as well. I had a single room which was fairly small but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is an excellent location, right by the Museumplein tram stop (~25 min bus from airport), the Rijksmuseum/Van Gogh museums, and ~15-30 min walk to the Jordaan and more central spots. The neighborhood was quiet, and the hotel was right on the Vondelpark. There was always someone at the desk/entrance. Truly my only annoyance was that we arrived a couple of hours before check-in to drop off bags, our room happened to be ready, but we were asked to pay a ~20 euro charge for an early check-in fee if we wanted to actually access the room (we had not requested early check-in in). We paid it, as it was worth it to us to clean up after an overnight international flight, but I’ve never been asked to do this before.
