Check out time is 10am.
On check out, please:
-Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
- Please dont hand wash the dishes
-Turn off the lights and heat-pump.
-Return key to the lock box.
Please note a $75 charge will be applied if the kitchen is left in a untidy state.
Please report any breakages. Broken ornaments will incur a charge for replacement. House will be checked for breakages when we clean after you have checked out.
Rubbish - Please place any extra rubbish in the red wheelie bins located in the car port between the two brick houses numbers 1 & 2.
Recyclable items such as cardboard paper and aluminium can be placed in the yellow bins located in the same place
Blue bin is glass only.
Noise - We have no tolerance for large gatherings/parties and any excess noise after 9pm -8am noise control will be called in respect of all surrounding residence.
You are more than welcome to use the trampoline and monkey bars on the grass area if you have children staying with you
