Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.

This is a beautiful property. The hosts could not have been more helpful. There were many nice touches like biscuits to have with coffee and beautiful towels and linen. What a great place to stay.

Great location within easy walking of Nelson centre and the Centre of New Zealand. We had the garden room which was spacious and looked out onto a lovely well kept garden and lemon tree. Lovely breakfast brought to us each morning.

Insgesamt waren wir 10 Tage im Annicks und fühlten uns wie zu Hause, sehr familiär. Unbedingt mit Frühstück buchen, perfekt. Die Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung, Nick hat uns sogar die trockenen Wäsche abgenommen und ins Studio gebracht. Great hosts, we'll be back.

We were very pleased with our accommodations and the convenient location. We were greeted by Nick upon our arrival. He was a bundle of information about the area and things to do. The breakfast were the best and brought to our flat fresh and warm. Nick and Ann are gracious hosts and obviously enjoy sharing their lovely home and gardens with their guests.

Good hospitality thanks! Just one thing not comfortable about was cleanliness. Hairs were on the Cushions, some odd smells around bed area. Otherwise it’s a nice accommodation. Breakfast were also delicious.

Needed a one night stopover close to the city centre. Very well looked after by Nick and Anne and very walkable. Enjoyed their recommendations and the kiwi continental breakfast brought to our unit. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Well kitted out for self catering stays too.

Hosts Ann and Nick were wonderful. So nice to have breakfast delivered to the room each morning. We had plenty of room in the "Africa" room to spread out and enjoy. Access to laundry and a drying line were much needed after 2 weeks of travel!
