The property was easy to find, clean, well appointed and reasonably priced. The rate advertised did not include GST, but didn't say this, which was disappointing. When we arrived we had to wait for staff to come from offsite to let us in.

We stayed one night, as attending a wedding in Woodlands, Taupiri and this motel was in a good location being only 15 minutes by car to the venue. There was no problem, when we requested & checked in early at 12noon, in order to get ready & be at the venue by 2.30pm. We were greeted and looked after by Hoanna, who was on weekend duty. She was very friendly and welcoming, not only to us, but also friends, who had the room next door. Nothing was too much trouble and our rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The Motel is modern and parking easy, also close to a suburban shopping area & not far from Hamilton City.

Found the hotel very nice and convenient for relatives. Was nice to have McDonald’s next door.The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and lovely. Liked that they did not use skimpy tissues that so many places do. The rates are reasonable,too.
