Overall, a pleasant and reasonably priced stay in a great town location. I recently traveled to in on a family business, staying in a somewhat uncertain period of time. The copthorne staff was incredibly helpful in adjusting my accommodation reservation to meet my needs. Much appreciated. My secondfloor room was simple but cozy. There is a rather awkward step up into the shower, which can be a problem for some. The heater and hairdryer in the room werent working, but it was quickly repaired. WiFi was good, and free parking was useful. One night, I had room service, which was tasty but the serving size, soup was quite small. One additional comment I would make is that the floors in the rooms and hallways should be cleaned more frequently. They were always filthy.

I had a wonderful dinner at the Copthorne. The wait for food wasn't long and it was absolutely delicious. I ate here and died. The burger was delicious, juicy, and flavorful. The side fries were great, and I was really pleased that the ketchup was provided on top. The restaurant's lighting was also fantastic. I ate here for two nights. The first night I had the angus beef burger, and the second night I had fish and chips. I would definitely return to this restaurant, and this is what keeps me coming back to Palmerston North.

This hotel is very tired. My room's main light is not working, and neither is the bathroom's extraction fan. Quite expensive per night. The bathroom is small and noisy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. However, the food is very expensive.

I have a good place to say. They are close enough to the center to have a wide variety of food options. The hotel's amenities are good for an executive layout. The room is big, but my only problem is the ants. There were ants on the bed and table. I was afraid to eat it off and not let anyone know when we checked out, but they must have handled it before we arrived.

During check-in, breakfast, and check-out, the personnel was excellent and hospitable. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was incredibly cozy. Although the provided fan was functional, the air conditioning was unimportant, and the room was extremely chilly. Restaurant breakfast eggs on toast were delicious and prepared promptly. The boys rugby team, which was on the same floor, thought it was appropriate to knock on doors in the corridor and slam doors for a few hours early in the evening because they were on the same floor.
