I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years but this was the first time in the last 5 years. Although the rooms could have a refresh, the motel has everything I need. Easy access to a supermarket, restaurants, and shopping, Each room has a kitchen to cook meals (microwave and oven) and the rooms are spacious. A nice touch in winter is the electric blankets on the beds.

We particlarly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the comfortable kingsize bed. Great shower too. We had chosen Dilomat for is proximity to Southern Eye Hospital so the above factors were definitely a bonus

The room was wonderful, kitchen well stocked with everything I needed for cooking. I loved the private back patio! And they let me check in early so I didn't have to store my luggage somewhere and wait. I will be staying here every year from now on.

We stayed in a two bedroom motel unit. Great size, and unlike some of those motels where the living area is tiny, this was spacious and roomy. Loved that the kitchen had a door to separate it from the living area, meant when I slightly burnt the toast I didn't have to worry about the smoke alarm and could open the outside door to air it out super fast. There was also a wok in there, so good! An added bonus was the pokéstop right outside our room, handy for the kids who are obsessed. Super close to Merivale Mall, and Hagley Park. Went for a really nice wander around the area, was very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
