➤ Minimum age to rent a Luxury Away Holiday Homes is 24 years and over.
➤ Check-in time is from 3:00pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10:00am on departure date to allow time for the property to be prepared for the next guests.
➤ This property is not a party house:
- By completing your booking, you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions of the rental, which can be found on the Luxury Away Holiday Homes website.
- Furthermore, the house strictly prohibits activities such as bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions, or similar parties.
- Guests and visitors are not permitted to remain/engage in any such prohibited activities on the premises, and failure to comply will result in eviction, forfeiture of remaining nights, and your deposit.
➤ Party Prevention Policy:
- To comply with noise regulations set by QLDC, outdoor areas must not be used between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Amplified sound, including music, is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8 pm to 8 am. We require you to move inside and close the doors. Noise must be kept to a minimum.
➤ Noise Monitoring System:
- All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits.
- This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.
➤ Security Alertness:
- Our security team/Property Manager is on standby and will respond to any complaints from neighbours regarding anti-social or offensive behaviour, curfew violations, or excessive noise disturbances.
- Activities involving strippers, topless waitresses, or related industries are strictly prohibited without exceptions. Furthermore, outdoor nudity is strictly prohibited in all circumstances.
➤ Call-Out Fees:
- If the Security/Property Manager is called out to the property you will be charged for the call-out fee and we reserve the right to either issue a reminder warning of the Terms and Conditions or terminate your booking.
- All call-outs will be deducted from your security bond.
- If your booking is terminated, we reserve the right to retain all monies paid including your Security Bond.
➤ Compliance with House Rules:
- All House rules must be complied with along with any instructions from Management and their caretakers of the Property including Security concerning occupancy, property, health and safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and the neighbours amenity.

- Responsible behaviour is expected by all guests and visitors to the property including compliance with our Disturbance and Antisocial Behaviour
- Full photo identification is required to be supplied to Luxury Away Holiday Homes for this property which will be uploaded via the secure Guest Registration form sent directly from Luxury Away Holiday Homes. A $1,000 (or $2,000 for any bookings with a service animal) bond will be held for the duration of your stay and until the property has been fully checked by Luxury Away Holiday Homes staff.
➤ Cleaning Requirements:
- Guests are expected to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their stay. An hourly rate of $70 will apply in the following situations:
- Checking out later than the standard/agreed time.
- Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions.
- BBQ and/or Oven cleaning.
- Carpet cleaning and stain removal.
- Excessively soiled or damaged linen, such as food or makeup stains.
- Damaged paintwork or furnishings, fixtures, or homewares.
- Deodorising of any smoke, cigarette or strong food smells.
- Requiring deodorizing due to smoke, cigarette, or strong food smells.
