I enjoyed my stay here because the location was quite strategic and the staff was so helpful and welcoming. There is no sink in the room where you will wash your dishes. There is lots of lighting and power. A handrail in the shower and bathroom would be useful.

It is close to the city. The staff here is very friendly. They served us excellent large meals at a reasonable price. The customer service here was very friendly. They will do anything they want for you. It's best to stay here.

I would recommend this place. Excellent staff, and great affordable accommodation. A short trip from the city center if you want to take public transport, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The pub food was amazing.

The manager's friendliness, especially when he was in a dog hotel, and the kindness of the staff was excellent, especially the dogs names Gordon and Robyn. The service of the staff was very nice and caring. The place's location in Dunedin is very good, close to the hospital and city centre. And the Bella Vista motels have great presentation.

Very good value for money. Located in the city center and close to everywhere. Easy to get to and from downtown. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable, with great shower. On and off floor, the room was nice and calm. The chef cooked me omelet because I don't eat meat.

The place was so comfortable, but the location wasn't so nice because we can see the view from the balcony even the shower was fine, and the windows didn't lock properly, they didn't provide the internet connection, the location of the villa was so huge, the atmosphere was so big and crowded, even the size of the room, so we didn't even know the price.

I stayed here for one night for work. I was hoping for peace because the location is close to the university and there are many students living nearby. It was okay, but it was not so good if it was raining. I stayed in a studio apartment, but it had everything one needed and nothing else. The motel is close to fast food chains such as McDonald's and Ofc. There is a pub at the corner just 30 minutes away for pub meals. The room was tidy, comfortable, and peaceful. These are my four primary necessities. Smokers, however, beware, you must stand in a spot in the parking lot by the boundary, which was fine when I was there as it was fine and not so good if it was raining. Overall, I wouldn't have any issues returning.

I'll be back. Great place, close to the hospital. Small separate bedroom. Free WiFi and heat pump which was a bonus because Dunedin is cold compared to Cromwell. The only worry was the nighttime roadworks which of course are the price you pay to be close to the hospital.

Reading some of these apartmentss reviews is strange. Because our experience was completely different from theirs, I assumed I was researching elsewhere. We reserved a studio accommodation for three nights, and the day before checkin we were informed that we had been upgraded to a onebedroom apartment, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was well furnished, spotless, and the bed was cozy. Our parking was right in front of our unit, a bit narrow for our car, and a little juggling was required, but that was fine. It was cozy, and the lady at the workplace was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our upcoming trip to Dunedin, which was excellent value for the money.

I got what I needed but my apartment was small. It's great that I can take a little dog with permission, which I greatly appreciate but I didn't like seeing bits of fur from previous dogs on skirting boards around the motel, the floor felt dirty too, and it wasn't the wonderful clean motel that some of these reviews refer to. But I would recommend it because the owners were pleasant and you feel very safe.

The location is quite good, and the place is well-appointed, with modern and huge apartments with all the things you need. The place is also very quiet, with private set up with trees, decks, etc. Also there's exceptional service every time I stayed. They also have an affordable price.

We stayed here for a few nights to avoid camping in the rain. A little bit small for two people but very clean and efficient. The manager couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. He also has a cute little dog. Close to anything we needed, with a nice sport park directly down the street. Overall good value and worth looking at.

This place is very satisfying to live here. This is our second visit. Pet-friendly. The owner is very friendly. This hotel can't be faulted by anything, and we brought our little dog with us, who was welcome. It is close to everything and I have nothing bad to say about the motel at all. If you are traveling with your pets, it is challenging to locate hotels. Some hotels advertise they are pet friendly, but they require you to leave your dog in the vehicle. Owens welcomes pets, which is fantastic. Even though we werent pet owners, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The rooms are spacious, warm, and equipped with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. Its close proximity to the main road was very advantageous, but our room was absolutely quiet. Without a doubt, we will stay more frequently there. Thanks.
