The location is ideal because it's close to shopping, restaurants, and the city center. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all of the things we needed, even if modest and essential. The lighting here could be a little better because it was very dim at night. We had a great time reading on the gorgeous patio on our stay. The breakfast menu is quite complete and good.

This hotel has a very nice layout and has a large open garden area. Carlos is very helpful and friendly. His city tour was really interesting. The room was a decent size and the fan kept it cool. Breakfast was good eggs, rice, and beans bread. Very reasonably priced too!.

Overall, a great value stay. We stayed here for one night while visiting Grand. The owner, carlos, was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to share a local map and offer tips on what to do and where to go on arrival. He also offers a car-guided tour of Grand, which was fantastic and very fascinating to hear the colourful history of the city. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We were at the back of the hostel and it sounded like there was another hostel club nearby with loud music, but that faded around 10 pm. The courtyard common area is also a great place to relax, with many hammocks in the shade to choose from. Breakfast is included and includes a choice of subject or pancakes served with coffee. Tours are also available through the hostel.

The first time we stayed there for 3 nights to arrive and visit the beautiful city of grand. The rooms were clean, the entire area with the patio is cute and there is always a nice temperature in that area to hang out. The owner is super nice and helpful all the time. He also gave us a tour in the city with his car and told us lots about grand's history. He really knows how to tell stories. Breakfast was also included in the price. You can choose between local breakfast, eggs with rice and beans or pancakes with banana, there is coffee and tee too. The stay was so nice that I came back 2 times while traveling in Nicaragua. From grand, you can get further to all other places in the country. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxed place to hand out in the city, I can recommend that one.

I would stay here again. My recent trip in Nicaragua, we stayed 4 nights in El Area de Noe Grand. This is a great hostel with a beautiful courtyard, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. It is centrally located near the cathedral and the owner can help to arrange the most popular day trips at very reasonable prices.
