Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and when I was at the harbor, I would definitely stay there again. You may get the impression that this place is empty because the paints are all over the surface and the expansion work seems to have stopped. However, inside, it's a different story. There is a welcoming ambiance. We had to use the stairs or the utility elevators because the elevators weren't functional during my stay. The wifi works well, and the rooms are cozy. The personnel is extremely courteous and helpful. Ordering room service can take up to an hour. Although the hotel only offers breakfast upon request when they have enough visitors, the breakfast buffet is fairly large.

The hotel is cute and cozy. Their meal is delicious and the staff very friendly. Held a traditional marriage ceremony there and very happy with the first class treatment and facilities.

This hotel has a quiet atmosphere. Unlike the competitors, they can do the room service fast. The room is clean, the air conditioning works well.

The rooms are lovely and neat. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Everything appears to be fine on the surface, but the restaurant leaves the hotel without many points. Very slow service. The staff won't come to you, even if you're the only person in the restaurant, so you must get up to order. It takes 35 minutes to prepare a fries dish. A typical meal plate takes 1 hour.
