Lovely clean hotel both in the room and inside/outside of the hotel. The staff very friendly and if you asked provided towels daily. They were a bit lax on cleaning the room. I stayed 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once!!! Fridge and kettle in the room too. The bed was huge and super comfy and the room had efficient A/C. The pool area and pool was very clean however some of the pool furniture was in poor condition. I didn’t eat there but the bar was well stocked and did cold beer and cocktails. I would definitely stay again. The location over the lagoon was lovely and the whole outside area was very peaceful with plenty of places to sit under shades.

The hotel did not have my reservation but they did get me a room. The air conditioner stopped working after the first day and they moved us to another room. The hotel sits on a lagoon but the water was full of trash. We did not eat at the hotel but the food looked good. Hotel staff was very nice.

Pro’s: We stayed in a sea view room on the ground floor which was by the pool over looking the lagoon which was a beautiful sight. Good distance from places to eat. Con’s: The window didn’t lock and being right beside the front door made it easy to slide the window open and unlock the door from the inside. The phone in the room didn’t work and when we reported this, we were given a mobile number to ring which still didn’t work. So each time we needed something we would have to walk to reception. The room had adjoining doors. This wouldn’t usually be a problem but when the guests next door would smoke, it would enter our room which wasn’t a pleasant smell. The water heater was leaking hot water. The irony was shower wouldn’t produce hot water. The size of the room wasn’t as expected. I had to ask to see a cheaper room to ensure I wasn’t given the wrong room.

No elevator, broken tv, and small room, a staff person began knocking on my door at 8am and continued every 30minute until i had a bland breakfast

The vibe was great. The view towards the water and the great team of employees working in the hotel gives it a different feeling. My one negative is the hotel’s current state itself. It could use some improvements/enhancements as far as furniture in the rooms, paint, etc (The building itself, nothing else) !!

When we checked in, the staff at first could not find our reservation, then when they finally located it, lead us to a room that was very much smaller then the online version of what I had booked stated I had booked, the toilet didn’t work and the cabinet to the fridge was broken. Also there was no gym as indicated in the online amenities and the pool was disgusting. Within an hour after we checked in, staff member came and stated that they put us in the wrong room and went to show my husband an even smaller room stating that was what we booked, again not even close to what the room showed online. Then the constant back and forth with the management on us owing more because they actually placed us in a deluxe room when we booked a standard room and they wanted compensation for that. Then there was a big song and dance about them not getting the proper amount from Expedia so they wanted upwards of what came to $200 USD for a mistake THEY made, claiming the GM demanded that was what they had to get from us for their mistake. We asked to speak with this GM and weren’t allowed. We even stated we would pay what the equivalent would be if we had booked online through Expedia if we had booked a deluxe room ( again we were not put in a room that was indicated on the Expedia site as to what the standard or deluxe room looked like in size or comfort). The manager refused stated the GM absolutely wouldn’t budge on his price. We will never again be staying at this property.

It was a disappointment! Changed room 3 times in 4 nites. A promising hotel with everything going for it, but lack of management. Pool was non functional for days, shower power was non existent and the water had a foul smell. I am sorry to say this, but I won't advise anyone to stay in this hotel. A very unpleasant experience.

We had to wait outside for hours because they locked the premises due to them owning water bill. After a few hours it was opened and the room we were given didn’t have a locked door, the attendant didn’t even bother to ensure we were comfortably put in another room, she just went to seat down somewhere, we literally had to go look for her to sort us out. The pool was dirty on arrival, it was after a day or so was it sorted. The open space by the pool had a lot of rubbish, like a lot, just by the water. The experience was abysmal to be honest.

First off, I traveled from the states, an 17 hr flight and reached Lagos by 9:30 pm to reach the hotel at 10 pm and nothing was working. Not any water, lights, pool was dirty and broke. This was a bad start to our Honeymoon. They also put us in a tiny boxed room which was the wrong room. I was so sorry I even paid for my services in advance. They brought me and my husband one pale of water to wash our azzes. Bruh. I’m like damn, now I’ve seen it all. They changed our room in the morning to a better room but still wasn’t the water view that I paid for. Smh. Listen if you don’t like wahala, save yourself and don’t stay at this place. These people just don’t care.

The Hotel is terrible. It is not what you see in pictures that you get when you get there. The environment smells and the rooms are not fit for even a 1start hotel. Not recommended.

very disappointing, what I saw online that attracted me to book this hotel in not the same on getting there. the services was very bad. the staffs were not so motivated to render me the services required. the hotel look rusty and dirty , aside the waterfront other features are rubbish.no value for money, in fact I was forced to pay extra forty (40) thousand naira before given the normal standard room I booked online.it was a sad experience.

Travelocity is horrible! They do not stand up for customers. Where to start? Elevator broken and we were on the third floor. The telephone did not work, I had to go down 6 flights of stairs just to talk to the front desk. Air conditioning did not work. NO WATER for 3 DAYS! The bed was hard as a rock, I could barely walk when I got up. Mosquitoes everywhere including the rooms. The pool is inoperable and full of green water. That’s where they breed the mosquitoes. Paid extra for sea view but the glass was cracked and so dirty you can’t see out. The sea is so full of garbage around there that it’s sickening. Demolition going on with a jack hammer to listen to all day and then around 4:30 the workers take a bath in a bucket right in front of our window. Stark naked men right outside. The property needs to be condemned. How can you rent a room with no running water in the middle of Covid!!! Travelocity would not help me at all and will not refund any money. Even though we checked out early and had to pay for another hotel!

The hotel was beautiful, but there is a long time (pictures on the website). The facilities are old, poorly maintained. The towels are not clean and the toilets also overall. The staff are unprofessional. Even to make my invoice, they used a scratch paper. I've never seen that!
