Great location, walking distance to basically everything in the city center, great view from the room. I was granted early check-in as I have a Radisson membership.

Very friendly receptionist. Room facing reception but can't open the windows. The only option is to not be seen is to close the blackout curtains, it blocks the ventilation! It's in desperate need of white sheer curtains. Iron is present in the corridor, a worn-out piece of steel. Needs a steam iron! Also, having it in the corridor gives a youth hostel feel. Breakfast buffet is below average by Norway standards.

I feel quite well rested at this comfort hotel in Trondheim. But my room wasn't there as requested. But, it's still not clean. There is a tiny room with a lot of space to put your clothes on it, there is no coffee maker here. The breakfast was delicious.

A very good hotel in a strategic location close to the city center, nice and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfasts, and a wide selection of vegan options. The hotel says it is eco-friendly and caring for the planet is key, and I think so. However, there are artificial plastic plants in front of the hotel entrance and lobby. Why? After all, natural plants are not expensive, more beautiful, and more ecological. Why is it plastic?
