The hotel is very nice and clean and close to Plaza de Espana and Coricancha. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was also quiet which made sleeping at night very pleasant.

This month I went there with my family. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Although the hotel isn't in the middle of downtown, we were able to walk to all of the most important sites to see. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is prepared very early in the morning to start the day. My family loved to go out on the patio and pet the alpacas they have there. We were able to leave our large luggage with them while we visited Machu Picchu.

I would definitely suggest the stay, but try to have dinner somewhere else. With a group of 30 students, we stayed for 2 nights. The staff was always kind and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was fine. Unlike other hotels in the vicinity, they offer hot water that is excellent. I only had a problem with the restroom, but it was quickly fixed. The mattresses were comfy, and the pillows were strong as rocks, not the hard ink pillows. The rooms are in a fantastic size. I had a single room with a king-size bed. Even the rooms of my students were very pleased with theirs. genuinely family-friendly. Although the wifi wasn't the most excellent, it functioned well. It's in a fantastic location. El sol Avenue and the main square are both within walking distance.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and Mars DAVID kush expedition to experience all that Peru had to offer. The hotel staff was very caring, and the travel agency took our well being into account when arranging the tour to get used to the altitude. I highly recommend this travel agency because they were compassionate, professional and on time delivery as well as the Imperial Hotel for those who want to have a clean place to sleep. My trip was pre-couid judy.

Spent one night here and felt thoroughly at home. The staff were very helpful and the ambience is very relaxing. The room was a good size and clean. Alas we ended up with 2 single beds instead of a double but i was happy with the comfort bed after the Inca Trail. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Cuzco. The real surprise was to be found in the Hotel gardens were they keep 2 lovely tame young Alpacas and cute rabbit. The staff happily gave me carrots to feed them. Definately one of the high points of my stay in Cuzco.

We arrived at the confirmed location only to be told this was not the property we were staying at. They said they had a number of locations in Cusco. They provided a taxi to the new property. It was a nice place, however we had given the prior address to our tour provider and there was a lot of confusion at trying to make connections to the new location was a big problem. Finally got it resolved
