This place was one of the best we had during our three-week visit to Peru. I even dared to walk barefoot into the shower! It's not very expensive, and the staff spoke English. Also, they had cheese and sausage for breakfast, not just marmalade. The only downside, it is a good fifteen minute walk from downtown.

De todos los hoteles que fuimos en peru fue en el que mas conformes quedamos. Limpieza diaria. Ducha caliente y con mucho caudal. Buena atencion en recepcion las 24 horas. Totalmente recomendado.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I loved the place. The people working there are genuinly kind and honest and I felt really at home. The hostel has a simple but good breakfast, the room I stayed at was clean, and the neighborhood is quite peacful. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Centro Historico which is the main tourist spot. Overall I'm really happy with my stay and have no complaints. I definitively recommend the place! :)

Positives A very friendly and helpful staff but only one who can speak English is very accommodating My sister had too much leftover for dinner one evening and they were kind enough to let us out in their ref and heat it the next morning. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom and room heater also had space heaters. Disappointing there is a very strong scent I cant quite identify when you first enter the room. The floor leaves a reddishor orangey residue on the soles of your feet and socks if you walk less around the room. There will only be 1 set of towels, according to me. If you request new towels, they will take your current set and wash it. Or at least that was our experience. There was a bunched up spider web hanging from one of the lights Im not sure if this will be beneficial or negative for others, but for me it was a major drawback. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, you must make a 45degree angle walk up to it for 2 blocks. To get to the Plaza de los Areados, youll need about 2025 minutes.

Thank you for a wonderful visit. The price was also great! The only small flaw was that the tap could not be securely held to ensure water flow. Water from the shower would escape the enclosure and be on the bathroom floor. The employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location is close to the historic center and is much more quiet, ensuring that you will rest soundly. Every day bed is cleaned. The wifi laundry service is inexpensive and effective with a 247 reception heater in the room.

Excellent service at a fair price. There is plenty of hot water, breakfast items, enough to get you going in the morning, and excellent coffee. There are numerous places to find all your necessities and items. We stayed three nights here, and we hired a cab to help us navigate Cisco. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything about Cisco as he had previously worked in tourism. His real name is Alejandro, I wish I could remember his last name. He took us to a local market where you can sample fresh, traditional foods. There is fresh coca tea which helped to warm me up and helped with some altitude ailments. Also, we visited salt mines, salineras, and where all of the bread is made with local wheat. There is a lot to see, definitely go explore it! We booked our Machu Pichu trip ahead of time with justin at origins international travel. She prepared all of the transportation itineraries for us at a great price and we didn't have to worry about anything, it all worked out perfectly.

We had a great time spending 20 dollars per night for two people, two separate beds, and for that, the hotel is fantastic! The personnel is very accommodating and caring. They immediately made coca tea for my boyfriend, who was feeling extremely sick from the elevation. They were also very concerned and helpful when my boyfriend suffered a seizure and had to go to the hospital for a few days. The accommodations are spacious enough for a week, and we even have a small bathtub, which I was very happy about! The accommodations were tidy and clean. The brunch was also larger than the usual hostals, which included olives, cheese, ham, marmalade, and other staples. Thank you so much for everything!.

Great location, easy check in, between the river and the train tracks. My room was facing the river, so a very loud noise of water flowing was constant. It didn't bother me with the windows closed. then the noise and the whole building shaking when a train was arriving, again was a matter of getting used to it.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic, but very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! The only reason I would say that the facilities were ok instead of pleasing or excellent is that the wifi was not very reliable and the hot water was not reliable. I really have to say that the staff were so polite and always available for help! They were fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

Killa Qente hostel is very inexpensive, nice place to stay. It is walking distance from Plaza De ARMAS city center. Also close to San Blast Market where you can go and eat very healthy and cheap. They customized your food preferences.

Good place to stay close walking to the main square. Basic rooms but clean, and staff helpful. The shops around were very helpful to us as well. We felt safe as women travelling to stay here.

Long walk to Plaza de Armas, but very doable. Owner and staff was very nice and very accommodating. One of the best part of this hotel is that it was quiet unlike the other spots closer to Plaza de Armas. There was not too much traffic on the street that was in front of the hotel. For the price you pay and the value you get, we highly recommend this place if you do not mind the walk.
