I chose this hotel based on its evaluation and pricing. Next time, I'll pay more for a hotel. The hotel's staff was friendly. They are trying, but need help. Interesting historic building, lovely courtyard, beautiful towel sculpture with a fresh flower on the bed in our loft room. Bathroom was a deal breaker, and I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here. Room 3 bathroom not as lovely as the lovely photographs on the website. Old and broken, could not open the door all the way because the eliminating vanity was too big, black mold or mildew all over the dirty walls and ceilings, and ants. Water takes 10 minutes to warm up, and by that time, the shower has 4 more of water. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels, and is it really hard to find a spindle for a toilet paper holder so the paper isn't sitting on the wet counter? Cleaning supplies were left in the room day 1, and I believe we used the cleaning rag as a batman. After a shower, my 23-year-old daughter wouldn't take a shower there. They were quick in resolving the drain problem and delivering towels and toilet paper. Had breakfast there the day before and chose to eat somewhere else. The condition of the room is simple but clean but also the service is very good and they are still very helpful. The location is not far from plaza de las, and the hotel is very close to the plaza and the train station.

Koi gems inn I am so sorry for this honest review because I really liked the people we met there and they made every effort to be helpful. Kathy seems to be the goto person and is on site in the mornings. She answers questions about bookings, tours, etc. I did ask her to book a tour for us but when I checked back that night it wasnt booked. The lady at the reception called and she booked us on it. The tour was to 3 sites which only tion gardens seemed to interest me but I got up far early than I normally would have if the tour started at 8 a.m. We were ready and waited but told it was to start at 80 and then at 850. The tour guide was a man so we were sure to meet up with the right group and we waited for at least 15 minutes. The room is clean and tidy. No connection with the internet. I opted not to book the hotel the night before and was advised to take the bus and to the hotel. Luckily there was a connection in the bedroom that isn't being held up by a colder one. My room was a big, old wooden door that was closed with a lock key and was a lot of us got locked. We were also not at all at the metropolis, but we walked up the stairs on the outskirts and reopened the

We have three of us and strongly suggest this location. We have a nice, peaceful setting to rest after visiting Machu Picchu and climbing Guyana Picchu. Lovely, spotless room, and a nice, warm shower. In the evening, tea was brought to our room. Since we had a bus ride early in the morning, we also had access to the finest eggs ever, an early and delicious breakfast. It was also free to keep our large backpacks while we were hiking in Agua Caliente. Very friendly staff.

I would definitely recommend this place. We have a wonderful time here. This hotel is situated in a beautiful, clean, and cozy area. I really enjoyed the accommodation. The employee has excellent service and served a tasty breakfast. The sunny courtyard is also a great place to unwind.
