This property is only accessible by a public bus service departing from Aguas Calientes between 5:30 AM and 3:30 PM, and tickets must be purchased in advance. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. A birth certificate is also required at check-in for children under age 18. Additional documentation establishing permission to accompany is also required for adults checking in with children under age 18 when parents are not present.
