I had a great experience when staying at this place. Very special to victoria, who was so attentive to my requirements, spoke excellent English, and gave me and a friend a personal tour of this place, full of amazing information. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you, Victoria, for being such a wonderful host and guide.

It was my first trip to South America, and I have to say that Victoria made Peru love. When my friends and I first arrived at the hotel, there were some constructions, and Victoria was very sorry. She took her time to make us feel at home. During our stay at the hotel, victoria went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay. For one of our breakfasts, she took us to a local market herself to experience the local life in Peru. She also took us around the neighborhood and basically gave us a tour. There was also a local festival when we were there. She took us along so that we can experience the experience of being part of a local festival. I also remembered the day before we left for the inca trail, I was badly burned by the sun. When I returned to the hotel, I was feverish. Victoria was shocked by my lobster-like appearance and was very concerned for me because I would be leaving the trail the next day. She took care of me and made sure I was fine. She gave me her personal number before she left her hotel in the morning and told me that if anything needs help or if I cannot continue on the inca trail, she will be there to help me. Overall, I would say that the Yucky Plaza Inn is a fantastic place to stay in a fantastic city with great service!. The store proprietor gave us a price that was much lower than what it cost to remain there, when we found the yucky plaza inn about a block east. But we were happy to have spent the extra money we had to pay to stay there because they had treated us well! They took a few breaks to sit down and have tea with us and tell us about how we grew up in that city. They were extremely sweet when they made and prepared and served us breakfast, which was wonderful. And, yes, the beds and rooms were much nicer and better maintained than all of the other places we stayed.
