2-Storey Rental Unit w/ Garage in Balanga Bataan

Smoking is NOT allowed inside house premises, only allowed on garage, balcony and service area. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied if smoking inside.
INTERNET is via Smartbro Advance with limited internet capacity. If required more data kindly contact us.
Kindly keep the space clean. All kitchen tools inside can be use but wash it after. Guest should be responsible for proper garbage disposal as plastic bins are provided.
If there will be parties, kindly inform us ahead of time. If guests are found to have had party without host permission which result to extra cleaning and damages, guest will be responsible for extra charges.
Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. P500 per guest fine will be charged.
Please make sure to lock the gate and doors when leaving and always keep switched off electric appliances if unused.
Keep noise to a MINIMUM after 10pm. Guest agrees not to allow any excessive noise.
Parking is available with gate for security.
Please conserve electricity. In the event of excessive kwh consumption (more than 50kwh/day) caused by guests own appliances or device or any intentional act to waste electricity then an additional payment can be applied.
Please avoid rearranging the existing furniture.
ANY damage made to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and will be reported to agoda.
