• STANDARD CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM

• We charge P300.00 per hour for early check in and late check outs.
• Extra beds, pillows, and towels are available just enough with the registered total number of guests
• No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval with the hosts
• Cooking and bringing of food are allowed.
• Pets are not allowed inside the building
• Strictly no smoking within the unit area
• Please avoid too much noise since there are permanent residents in the same building
• Please turn off and unplug all electronic devices when going out of the condo.
• Partying is strictly prohibited inside the pad.
• When cooking, don't forget to turn on the range hood. Smoke will cause the alarm to go off.
• Please wash all used plate-ware, utensils/silverware and cooking wares before check-out.
• Garbage can be thrown at the garbage chute at the exit across the elevator.
• Please don’t flush any solid wastes to any drainage.
• Drinking water can be bought at 2101 21st floor
• Home service massage is available, just book at unit 512
• If break or damage anything, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair
• Please extend the same courtesy to the next guest by taking care of everything.
