HOUSE RULES & REMINDERS
1. Unit Condition Upon Check-in
Please take photos or videos before entering the unit.
If you notice any existing damage or missing items, kindly report them immediately to avoid any charges.
2. Check-out & Cleanliness
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Guests are expected to clean as they go. Units left in an excessively untidy condition may be subject to deductions from the security deposit, including but not limited to:
• Leaving trash inside the unit
• Unwashed dishes
• Improper waste disposal
To prevent clogging of the sink:
• Dispose of food, oil, and grease in the trash bin
• Do not pour oil or solid waste into the sink
• Only clean water should go down the sink
3. Damages / Misuse of Property
Any intentional damage, misuse, or negligence will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Management reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.
4. Unit Items & Remotes
Please do not remove any items from the unit, especially TV and air-conditioning remotes.
We recommend taking a photo before check-out to avoid any misunderstandings or additional charges.
5. Personal Belongings
Management is not liable for any lost or left items.
Please double-check the unit before leaving and take photos or videos for your reference.
6. Extension of Stay
Extensions are subject to availability and prior approval.
Please inform management in advance.
7. Keys
Please return the keys to their designated location.
Lost keys may result in deductions from the security deposit.
8. Safety Reminder
Please turn off the main switch (located near the main door) before leaving to prevent fire hazards.
ADDITIONAL RULES
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests:
• No smoking inside the unit
• No illegal activities
• No excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors
• No unregistered guests without prior approval
• Please handle all furniture and appliances with care
