Abreeza chill's place T2-2721

This unit is located at the 27 floor of Abreeza Place. It is furnished and equipped with brand new appliances. We make sure that it is regularly cleaned for our guests to have a comfortable stay. With that said, we expect our guests to kindly respect our home, and maintain it in order.
Maximum occupancy limit must be strictly followed. Guests are allowed to have visitors but unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
Additional services rates offered:
500 pesos Beyond 3 person guest
We have prepaid wifi 100 pesos per 2gb
A 350/ hr charge on checkout beyond 12 subject for availability
350/ night charge for parking space inside the building premises
Guests will have to pay 150 Php/ head for use of swimming pool (adult and kiddie pools located at the 6th floor).
No partying and loud noises allowed. Please be mindful of other tenants living in the same building.
If you experience any issues, or any unwanted occurrences during your stay, please report to us immediately.
NO bringing of food or dirty items into the bed area. Excessive stains and marks on bed linens will incur an additional charge of 350 PHP per item.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and the building. There is a designated smoking area just few steps away from the property.
Before cooking your food, don't forget to turn the range hood ON, to help remove smoke, heat, and cooking odors.
