1. Checkin time: anytime after 02:00 PM.
2. Checkout time: on or before 12:00 noon.
3. Early checkin and late checkout is allowed but subject to availability and extra fee.
4. NO SMOKING inside the rooms or anywhere in the house. Proceed to the terrace or outdoor when smoking.
5. We have a NO PET policy.
6. Be sure to always close the gate after entering and leaving to avoid stray animals from coming in.
7. If using the main door, make sure to close it behind you. Secure your belongings and lock your room when leaving.
8. Please be mindful of other guests by observing quiet hours starting 10:00 PM to 05:00 AM. Disturbing noises is also
discouraged.
9. Observe the following bathroom etiquette:
- Flush after use.
- Clean as you go.
- Do not flush tissue, napkins, liner, diaper, etc. in the toilet.
10. Wash kitchen wares and utensils and return after use. Dispose your waste properly.
11. Help us conserve energy by turning off power points when not in use.
12. Please handle the items in the house/room as if it is your own.
13. For your checkout, turnoff airconditioner, lock your room and return your key in the same lockbox.
